Subject:There was once a girl...
Time:4:18 pm.
Mood: indescribable.
Music:greener pasteurs by No Doubt.
When I was 17, I had a girlfriend...an evil girlfriend...but that's beside the point. We were together for about 2 years, but the day I knew it was over, was about 9 months into it. We went to a roller skating party. Yes, a roller skating party. No I'm not 100 years old. It was a class of 96 thing and we though it would be cool. Anyways, I had never skated before in my life, nor have I skated since. She, on the other hand, was an expert, and could turn, and spin, and skate backwards, and even play tiddlywinks while she skat. She didn't stay with me long, as I could scarce go a few inches without falling on my ass, hard. This girl I'd always had a crush on, in fact the girl that every guy had a crush on, and her friend skated up to me, and took me by the hand. They tried to help me, teach me, and stop me from falling, which I'd done probably 50 times by then. It wasn't that I fell often, or that I sucked, or that frankly, I found skating to be a waste of my time that told me this wouldn't last. It was that she didn't seem to care too much. She didn't want to take time away from her "rolling in circles" to ensure that I was more comfortable in an uncomfortable setting. I stayed with her for a long time after that, much to the dismay of my happiness, my self-esteem, and my trust in women. After her, I wreaked havoc on the love lives of many girls, a bitter tool at 18. Remember this story people, because it happens everyday, and everybody has the right to be happy.
