Worse than we thought
All the kids met with one of the Doctors thats taking care of their Mom and he said she has only a 20% chance of making it to 6 months. That the cancer is very advanced and all in her bones and eating away at her spine. They are still unsure of where it started and are going to try and find out before sending her home for hospice care.. Shes fortunately not in any pain, she says. Its day by day ...
Its strange how many times Ive heard the word cancer in the last 4 days now. It was like this when my Mom died. They said they thought she died of septsis..I never heard it before then but after it I heard it alot. It was about a week after my Mom had died and the practice had a case involving septsis.
