Copy and paste the above address in and then after the page comes up Click on watch it now. The song itself is better than the video is. IMO. But...I love this song! I bet I played it 30 times....I live a sheltered life I know, lol.
I went nutz looking for this song since I had NO idea of the name or the artist.

    JARS OF CLAY LYRICS

    "Flood"

    Rain, rain on my face
It hasn't stopped raining for days
    My world is a flood
Slowly I become one with the mud

    [Chorus:]

But if I can't swim after forty days
and my mind is crushed by the thrashing waves
Lift me up so high that I cannot fall
    Lift me up
Lift me up - when I'm falling
Lift me up - I'm weak and I'm dying
Lift me up - I need you to hold me
Lift me up - Keep me from drowning again

    Downpour on my soul
Splashing in the ocean, I'm losing control
    Dark sky all around
I can't feel my feet touching the ground

    [Chorus]

Calm the storms that drench my eyes
    Dry the streams still flowing
Cast down all the waves of sin
    And guilt that overthrow me

    [Chorus]

Lift me up - when I'm falling
Lift me up - I'm weak and I'm dying
Lift me up - I need you to hold me
Lift me up - Keep me from drowning again

A turkey, marsh, doggie, style......hehehe hows that for a title? lmao
Last night I made a 25 lb turkey for dinner, with all the trimmings. It was so good. Now we have leftover turkey up the wazoo. Which is good becuz things were getting really scarce in the fridge. Our son lent us some money to gt a few things from the store. He's such a good boy, err young man now. The fridge was so bare yesterday, I cleaned it, lol. I tore apart the whole inside and cleaned it all back to white ;-)

Today I talked to a couple of fellow Marsh ex-employees. Things are rough all over. Susan said she`s been earnestly job hunting and theres just nothing out there. Jamie said she doesnt even get out of her pj`s on most days anymore. I talked to Lorri yesterday. She went to Krogers after the store closed and she seems to really really hate it. She always had morning cashiering hours at Marsh (6am till 2 or 3) and at Krogers I always see her there after 5-6. Shes sometimes there till 10 or 11. I feel bad for her. Those are the hours I worked at Marsh and if you have a family they REALLY suck!

Duke our Dog with Hip displaysia is getting a little worse. He's really favoring his back right foot now more than before. He's also laying around more. But he still has that puppy attitude. Thats what makes this whole thing so hard. Ever since he's been apart of our family he's had a rock that we call Dukes rock. He chases and plays with this rock on a daily basis. But he will only show any interest in it if someone is outside with him. Otherwise he will just lay on the pavment after "doing his business". His mind is a puppy but his body is disabled. How sad. ;-( Also Flea seaason is begining! I hate fleas. We had quite a battle with them last year.

I got a phone call last week frooom Target for a job interview. It was for today but I didnt go to it. They said it would be for only 6.25 per hour. More than 3.00 less than what i was making at Marsh and also alot less than I currently bring home on unemployment. They told me 6.25 over the phone, and I laughed. Now after that shock wore off I've come to realize that even though I complained about Marsh as I did, they really did pay me alot better than I initially though they did. I didnt have it as bad there as I originally thought... Although them not making me fulltime was entirely wrong , then working me more hours than most of the other fulltime people. But I do miss the pay and the friendships. I heard that other stores are also not doing well so there may be other Marsh stores closing its doors in the near future.

Theres a neat program I am currently watching on Style tv called "try my life". Heres what it says about it on a website.

We love our families--but they can drive us crazy. The solution? A little empathy for the travails and troubles of moms, dads and kids alike. Try My Life takes us inside the lives of eight families for a concentrated dose of just that.

In the tradition of Freaky Friday, Style's new series allows families to step outside their normal roles and experience the world through someone else's eyes. For three days, teens run the household and parents hit the books. Can the adults live without credit cards? Can the kids get dinner on the table?

Expect the unexpected, as parents recall the social and academic pressures they experienced as teens and as the kids realize adulthood isn't a free ride. The results of this refresher course on life are surprising, emotional and often hilarious. Look for a dad in drag playing Juliet in a school production, a therapist mom getting a tattoo and a young girl being forced to fire an employee.

Try My Life is an hourlong look at what happens when parents who "just don't understand" are forced to fight for the right to party--and when kids discover the true (and expensive!) pressures of being the head of the household. Sit down to watch with your family, and see how the other half really lives.

If you have cable and have never seen this program its really good. I reccomend it.
