Powerball...
A topic for all my blurty freinds to tackle....What would you do if you won the powerball?

What I would do if I won powerball. First I think we would take the annuity, instead of the cash option...Hubby thinks that would be best for us....
Honestly I would help a ton of people, seriously.To all my buddies at work I would give them (only the buddies though) each at least a grand to 5 grand. With an exception of one- For her I would buy her a house and a car. Because shes a single mom, and has always struggled....I take that back theres 2 I would do that for at work. But both are for the same reasons.
All of my hubbys side would get houses and cars and on my side just my sister would get a house and at least 2 cars (shes losing her house currently from foreclosure, and her cars).
As for me...a house built for me. Not anything extravagent though just a house thats a home. Cars for my kids and hubby and me. I think for the most part in my house, with an excwption of sentimental things for memories, I would need to buy new furniture, again nothing extravagent just not torn up like mine is now.
I would give out donations...A couple to the cancer society ( or my mom and Lisa). And One donation to the church where my kids go....Maybe give them enough to build a new building. I of course would never forget about my blurty friends I have now! Even though Ive never met you personally, you would not be missed at all in my money giving (except Id have to know where to mail it to! lol).
Theres 2 really close friends that I would do everything I could for. These arent the ones I mentioned at work. Theres 2 more. One I went to school with (Lisa) and one Ive known here in Fort Wayne (Arlene) for many many years. I know they as me, wouldnt want extravagent but just nice... For them I would buy houses including everything within it new. And Cars or trucks, whichever they wanted.
Funny thing about this all is...My son asked me "mom if you won, you wouldnt finish out at marsh would you?" I said "yes I would.. Ive only got a week or 2 to go. I would finish it off and be there every day just to piss off the big wigs there.. THe ones from corporate and the ones from our store".
AND still make them pay me my severence!
IM sure theres many more things I`d wanna do but my time is running short and its time I get ready for work. I will try and finish this up later...probably tomorrow.
We marsh employees are going to the bar tonight. Last time we all went togther we all did so many shots we went out into the parking lot in front of a police car (he was inside the bar) and we had our picture taken flashing our chests with the police car in the background. It was funny as hell. We all got copies...My hubby carries his in his lunch box, lmao!!! |
