ITs been awhile since I wrote, but I don't think many, if any, read me anyway's, lol.
Well I haven't had an outbreak since my last, which ended on the 12th. I've been feeling pretty good. A co-worker had told me about a friend of hers that had almost all the symptoms I had and she found out (on her own) that she had a high yeast problem, throughout her body. It can kill you if not treated. It will go thru all your organs doing damage until your dead. So I got some of the same med's that she had gotten online and started taking them the day I got them. I also haven't had any mountain dew since this last outbreak. I have also been watching all the sugars and carbs, and have had ZERO caffeine! One of the things she said I had to do was cut out as much sugar as I can. The yeast feed on it. Which would make me itch like I was. I didn't have a caffeine hangover or anything cuz I had stopped it when I was sick so I didn't know when I had it. All I drink now is water and diet sprite zero. I`m happy to say that I`ve lost 11 pounds so far, lol. Now if I could only lose about 100 more I`d be as tiny as a barbie, lol. When I was sick last, I was at the hospital.... I begged them to do a test for yeast and they just treated me like I was nuts and was faking it all. They did nothing at all except give me a script for something equivalent to benedryl (which benedryl does absolutely nothing) and I told them that benedryl doesn't work for it. It was unreal. My hubby was so pissed at the hospital, cuz he sees what I go thru during my outbreaks. Its god awful to see. I hope this stuff is doing its thing for me. THere is a test you can do to see how much yeast is in your system. Its called a spit test. In the morning after you wake up but before you place anything into your mouth, you are to spit into a cup of water. You watch it for 20 minutes and see if it just floats at the top or if it forms tentacle like things going down towards the bottom of the glass. If it floats your fine if it grows then its the yeast that's making it grow. Mine took less than 5 minutes to show up positive. So we will see what this med does. It was on needs.com. What do I have to lose? It was only 50 bucks. I was also reading where the medical profession doesn't acknowledge that the yeast is a big problem but that in reality many hundreds of thousands of people have it and some will never know it. I will update more at a later time. Have a good one! Linda |
