    Home for easter
    Hey Hey Hey,

I'm home for easter, and feeling on top of the world!
It's great to be home, and just hanging out with Jenny - I've missed my sisters up at University.
Course, now I'm just missing Chris more... not that I think he's thinking of me, which is typical! We ended up fighting yesterday, cos I told him about me modelling and he took the piss, which admittedly wasn't very nice. Anyways, we made up, as per usual... definitely love and hate relationship... I wish we could sometimes just find a happy medium, but friends doesn't work - we've tried that one already.
It's amusing, cos Scorpio and Gemini are supposed to be the worst connection in the zodiac, but there's just something about Chris to me, and me to Chris that means we keep coming back for more, no matter how nasty things get. Last time we broke up in February, we threatened each other with legal action and publically humiliated each other in front of friends. I think I'm pushing things now, cos I'm going to not end up with much support from my friends if things turn nasty again... If I can just hold out 5 weeks until he's graduated, then see where things go from there! It'll be odd not having him around, that's for sure!

Anyways... Leigh saw my new icon - it doesn't work as well as the photo, and I had wanted to use the one of LandGunited!! Oh well, that looked waaay to odd small! I miss my boys! I thought I saw Mark yesterday but then again, I always think I'm hoping to much to see him... It wasn't... :(

    Can't write any more.
    Bored.

    A new day...
So, it's taken me a while to update, because my life's been so busy and full of shit that I haven't had a chance to write it all up.
I think it's sad that so much of what's gone on, I don't feel I can share, even to the people on here, just because writing them down is like admitting they're real, and I'm currently happy living in the land of denial at the moment.

To sum up though, Will's a no-go, just cos I got bored chasing him, and when he didn't even look twice at me dressed as princess leia, I decided that enough was enough and that I shouldn't bother.
Things with Chris, however, took a huge leap yesterday night. We didn't talk all night, then 2 minutes before the club shut he apologises for the way he's been treating me recently, and well, to cut a long story short, I left his house at 2pm this afternoon... So that was a good night out!
One of my 2 best friends from last year collapsed on Tuesday night, with a virus in her brain. She seems to be okay at the moment, but it was touch and go as to whether we'd lose her or not earlier, and we've had to write her character out of the drama script, because she's not likely to be back in time.

That leaves me with a whole load of extra work to do without starting to think about the time spent worrying about her.

I'm currently NOT in the library - shock of all shocks. I'm at Mark and Elayne's house warming party with my closer group of canoe club pals, which is cool. They're currently drinking, being merry and eating pizza, so Im writing on here. It's nice to use a proper computer for a change.
I'm on easter holidays now, so I'll be going home for a week as of monday, after my driving lesson. I've got my driving test on the 25th, so all things considered, if I pass that I could be getting a car pretty darn soon, so I can go and visit my more distant friends, and get away from things here for a little while, which would probably do me the world of good - I may even think about taking Chris, cos he sounds like he could do with getting away for a while aswell.

I'm going to have a professional photo shoot next Thursday - in a convertible - It's for the front cover of one of Peter's car magazines, so if anyone's interested in getting a signed copy, let me know! lol. My reaction when I was asked if I want to be on the front cover, was, "do I get to keep the convertible" The answer was no, but at the end of the day, I wouldn't be able to put a roof rack on a soft-top, and I do need somewhere to put the canoes.

Anyways, I'm being kicked off now - LMAO.
    catch up with you laters

    Back Once again...
    Heya everyone,

So Sarah and I went round some travel agents yesterday, looking at flight prices to Florida. It's a bit expensive, but we're going to try and work something out. We're both feeling very trapped here in Sunderland, and decided that a holiday was what we needed, unfortunately we're both very broke, and it's unlikely that Easter will be anything but 2 weeks off to catch up with work, but after that it's only 5 weeks til summer breaks out, so we're looking at the first week of June to take a trip. Sarah's never been to Florida, (or America for that) and I miss it, so I want to go back... like a fifth home away from home, or something like that! :)

Nothing's really been very interesting round here... I went out for a Indian with Mark, Darren, Sarah and Elayne yesterday, which was nice until the big argument that persued over deciding which pub to go to. Us girls went to a different one from the boys, that led to Mark getting really uptight and grumpy, and it's all a big mess really.
Haven't seen hide nor hair of Chris since the ball, which is surprising in some ways, and not in others... lol
Actually, that's a bit of a lie, cos he was in the computer part of the library like 2 minutes ago, within sight, so at least I knew where he was... I'm nervous now, cos he's disappeared - he's probably gone to hide in the loos til I go or something equally as pathetic - MEN! Oh wait, he's back now - apparenly went to get a book like a good little boy, which means he's working - at least that's something, with some luck he'll actually graduate in July, and I'll be free of him for good... I only wish that I could honestly say that that's what I truely wanted... I'm so confused!

I'm going to Havelock school in about an hour, which is nerve wracking, especially as they'll probably want to know what I'm going to do with the kids... it's got to be based on the national curriculum, so I'll have to do some major research before not so long... starting in five minutes, so I have some idea what to tell the teachers at the school.

Well, got loads to do, so I mustn't ramble. Talk soon,

    Just a short one...
Back in the library quickly, cos I'm going to go watch Sarah dance in a show at the Royalty Theatre in about 15 minutes.

Been another interesting week, naturally, as it was the ball on Friday night.
Spent ages getting ready, and as soon as I've had a chance to scan some of the photos, I'll put one up here. Sarah took some, and hers cam eout really well...

Anyways, so Chris decided to confess his undying love for me, and follow me around all evening, which most people would probably say ahhhh to, but this is one of those guys that has been this close to facing a restraining order for irritating the fuck outta me, and calling me a slut amongst other things. And then he turns around a says something like that... granted he was as pissed as a newt, but the only place that leaves me is smack bang in the middle of confusion.

Anyways, I basically told him to leave me alone, and that if he really meant what he was saying he'd talk to me when he was sober, but I haven't heard anything from him so far so I'm not holding my breath - Men are such twats!!

Right, should probably go if I want to get to the theatre on time. Catch ya all soon

    love Lizzi xxx

p.s. Any ideas on what to do about chris would be very welcome... I've had one so far that involves impaling him on a paddle... (though that would only happen in my latest fic, http://www.geocities.com/succ_story)

    Guess where I am...
    Hey Everyone,

Back in the library... Not really doing much, but then I'm not feeling all here right now - LOOOONNNNGGGG weekend!!

Kinda got no real sleep on friday night, had a lot on my mind, so dozzed a bit, waking up every half hour or so.
Saturday was a good day, we had Adam, Mark and Elayne 'sleep' over; though we were in the pub with darren until after 1. Went to bed at 2ish, and had to be up at 4:30, so I didn't actually get around to sleeping.

4:30 and the flat was thrown into madness as the 5 of us got dressed and ready for the day, then we had Mark drive up (over a bus only street, oddly empty) to the pool, where we got on the mini bus. Had a drive down to Birmingham, which I read for most of - I'm addicted to my book again - I'm sure it's not healthy living in another world, and I keep finding myself referring to things that DON'T EXIST in the real world, like Aes Sedai, and Ter'angreal... how worrying is that??

Anyway, the National Outdoor Show at Birmingham NEC, was fantastic... loads of stalls showing all the latest sporting equipment, including a huge section on canoeing... There were all sorts of talks, and a wave pool for trying out boats on. This one guy did this talk that had Sarah, Jen and I literally drooling at the mouth - talk about good looking with a heart. I nearly died. If I hadn't seen it for myself, I wouldn't have believed such a guy could exist!!

Took part in the Nike ACG (All Conditions Gear) where they made us dress up in the latest Nike clothing, and do this huge obstacle course. I literally nearly died, from an asthma attack after we were done. I have nasty marks on my arm from where all the blood capillaries burst, which isn't so nice, especially with the sports and rec ball on friday evening.

The obstacle course started with us (teams were a pair, and Patrick and I were team 5) sprinting up a ramp, then zip-lining to the ground. sprinting to a 6 foot wall, and climbing over it, crawling through a tunnel, climbing up a jacob's ladder (3 horizontal logs, about a meter and half between each one, attached to thick wire, but not the floor, so they shook. We had to climb up without touching the wire or the safety harnesses, and help each other up) then we had to crawl under a net, then either cycle 2 km on an exercise bike (which I did) or row 500meters on a rowing machine. Then straight to the climbing wall, and then under another tunnel, and onto a bridge thing to finish. we took 11 mins and 1 seconds to complete it. Adam and Jen took 11 mins 4 secs, and Elayne and Mark took 10 mins and 51 secs. We got to keep the tops we were wearing and got given nike goody bags, so it was good all round except the dying bit!!

Anyways, we left Birmingham at 5, and travelled back, stopping for dinner at a brewsters pub, which was nice. Got back at 11, and I fell straight into bed.

Spent this morning in at 8:45, chaperoning 600 kids from 21 schools in the area at the Sunderland Schools Dance Festival. That over, I came here, so I'm here now... gonna go home and watch the Bourne Identity in a few minutes, cos I have to return it the video shop tonight. Also think I've got to go to a meeting down at the marina this evening, which means I have to rearrange my plans to stay in and get completely bummed out and depressed over the fact it's St. Patricks day - And exactly a year since Roly and I started seeing each other. Doesn't seem a year at all, which is quite scary.

Anyways, my arms are knackered from typing and climbing walls, so I'm going to sign off.
    See you soon

p.s. Took some more quizzes, after I saw Leigh's british one - Luckily I'm 100% british, but that's hardly surprising is it?? Would like to take one asking how American I am... that could in interesting...

    Which Disney Princess Are You?

this quiz was made by Erin

I like this one... If you read my message from 2 messages ago, you'll see the bit about me being a mermaid... weird or what?

What month should you have been born in?

this quiz was made by Erin

Not sure what to make of this, but fine I guess... frankly, I don't see the difference between August and June, and I know I'd make a dodgy Leo, and am far happier being Gemini (if that's not a contradiction in terms, it should be!)

    Who's Your Btvs/Angel Sweetheart?

this quiz was made by Erin

Heeeeeyyyyy..... How u doin' LOL... Always knew I was destined to get with David! ;-)

    Who's Your Btvs Match?

Oh great, I'm doomed to fight evil people all my life, and end up a lonely spinster, or dead... dead is probably better...

I wonder what this could mean, does anyone have any suggestions??

    Another Week, Another Reality
    Hey everyone

Welcome to Monday! Got to say, I ate Monday's myself - especially this semester, cos lucky old me gets a four hour lecture beginning at 9:15 on monday mornings... and it's my most intellectual subject aswell - Arts in Education. I get to learn how to teach Music, Drama and Dance in the National Curriculum, which is actually really interesting, but does mean concentrating first thing on a monday morning - which is not so much fun!

Anyways, I've just come from that lecture, and now I'm in the library - yeah, AGAIN! In case no one had figured, the library is the only place I've got access to the internet at the moment (personally, I think this is the Uni's way of saying, Hey! Check your e-mails... then when you've finished do some SODDING WORK YOU LAZY GIT!) Always feel a sense of regret and disillusion on my way out the library, when I pass the doors to the floors with the books on... At least they're not so obvious to make you walk THROUGH the books to get to the computers...

This weekend has been fascinating. Mum and her boyfriend Peter came up the visit on Saturday, so Sarah and I got to eat well for free for 2 days... it's a change - truely! Spent Saturday afternoon shopping in Sunderland City Centre, and hanging out at the flat, then we went for a walk over the cliffs - It's one thing I love to be able to do in Sunderland, is visit the coast, even when the surf is a pathetic attempt at kissing the sand, like it was this weekend.

In the evening we had a gorgeous meal in an Italian restuarant near the flat, called Leonardos. Was quite a trip down memory lane, cos that's where I went to meet Roly's Dad and Roly and I spent many a romantic meal there, cos the menu and food is so good. After the meal we left Peter at the flat, cos he wasn't feeling to well this weekend, suffering from a cold, and took a trip to Smugglers (A pub right on the sea front) where my cousin Paul was performing. Got to hang out with my aunt, uncle and our neighbours Ben and Andy. Adam also came down to join us, which was nice, though Sarah P and Darren couldn't make it cos they were entertaining Sarah's parents and little sister.

Sunday morning Mum and Peter went for breakfast with my uncle and aunt, so Sarah and I slept in, before playing Harry Potter on the Gamecube. Then we went for some lunch at a restaurant called 'The Waterfront', which was great. Traditional sunday lunch yummmm.... Then walked down some more cliffs and onto the beach, which was nice. I really do love being able to relax like that - I'd be a mermaid if I could... Legs are overated!

Mum and Peter went home after that, which was sad, but still extremely nice to see them. Sarah and I hung out at the flat the rest of the day. Mainly watching TV and playing on the Gamecube. Did actually finish Harry Potter... darn, I was getting into that!

Watched a film on Channel 4 til about midnight, called 'Being John Malcovich' extremely weird film... kinda perverted and twisted, but fascinating at the same time.

Well, that pretty much brings me up to now, and my fingers ache from typing.
    talk soon

    Before Canoeing
    Hey again,

Just BACK in the library checking e-mails and writing on here before heading off for the Wednesday Canoeing session. 7-9 today, wohoo two hours instead of 1...

Haven't really got anything to say since earlier, been at home tidying up to the musical stylings of Gareth Gates, and then watching FAME the movie. Been in a relatively good mood, though very quiet. That could be because other than the meeting with Bruce, chatting with Nick, and a short conversation with Patrick and then Sarah, I haven't actually said a great deal today. That's pretty odd for me. I also haven't had to concentrate on anything, so I feel like the days' just flown by - weird, like i'm not entirely here, though I'm aware of it, so I must be...

Well, off I go canoeing, hope I don't drown whilst slipping into another one of my dazes....
    catch ya all later,

Day Two In The Big Brother House...
    Hey again,

Not much interesting stuff to report on (as per usual).

After I finished in the library yesterday, I read some of my book (which is fantastic by the way!) It's called The Fires of Heaven, by Robert Jordan and is the 5th book in his 'The Wheel of Time' series (10 books long so far). I've got 2 chapters left to read, so will probably finish it today, making my next trip today to the bookshop so I can buy book 6! yay!

Anyways, When Sarah had finished her work, we headed home, stopping briefly to pick up some dinner in KFC. Nearly got run over by Adam on his bike... AGAIN! That boy is seriously going to have to stop trying to ride into us, cos it scares the crap outta us every time!

Got home and ate dinner, then watched TV... wohoo... All Night, til we went to bed. That was it. That's all we did on a Tuesday evening, when we're both broke - great!

Anyways, got woken up this morning by Nick txting me, wanting to meet for coffee, course, he didn't sign the txt that he sent via the internet, so I had to guess it was him! Anyways, I declined to meet out, cos I was still half asleep, so invited him over for coffee at the flat instead. Spent the morning chatting with him (ended up having tea instead of coffee) and playing on Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets on the Gamecube.

After that I went to the library for a Sailing Club exec meeting with Bruce, the president - the joys of being treasurer... :-) We've been trying to organise some stuff to do, and getting the ball sorted out, which should be great fun now. At least I know that Bruce will be definitely going now, so that's 1 off my list of hopefuls... :)

Anyways, I'm still in the library and my stomach is rumbling a good deal as I haven't eaten yet today... so I'll grab a sandwich from next to the book shop, before going home to tidy the flat. The valuators are in tmw, so it's all got to be spotless. Sarah's apparently still working, I'm going to refrain from getting extremely pissed off...

Write again soon, love Lizzi xxx

p.s. Thanks for your comment Leigh! We're going to have a fantastic time!

    Hey everyone,
I've decided to start this online journal so all of you can find out and keep up to date with what's been going on in my life (it probably won't be interesting, but sometimes I get a fun bit of DRAMA to deal with... mostly about boys... You'll see in future!)

First off, I want to thank Leigh for directing me to this site... I'll try and keep up with yours, and I can't wait til you and Molly come over to England - I'm going to show you around, and have a few castles in mind to take you to to start with!!

Today hasn't been that interesting. I got up early for a Drama Production lecture. Our group have decided to perform a German play called 'The Visit', which should be interesting. Apparently it's about a girl who returns to her home town, having become a millionairess, and gets her revenge over a former lover by virtually BUYING the whole town... My god, If I could do that to Chris, he'd regret being such a twat to me!!

After the lecture I went back to my flat and chatted with my flatmate and bestfriend, Sarah, before we went shopping for our ball gowns for the Sports and Rec ball. Typical as always, my ball gown was out of stock, so they offered to phone around other stores to find a dress in my size like the one I wanted. I got a phone call back later that afternoon saying they'd found the exact dress - in BOURNEMOUTH (so just like the other end of the bleedin' country from me!) They're sending it up, so at least that's off my mind... Now I just have to set about being stunning enough to catch the eye of some nice young man... Have a few in mind, but don't know which ones are going to that ball...

After that I came to the Library, where I am now, to read my e-mails and chat online and look at all sorts of things on the net, none of which are that interesting... Of course, it's typical that this computer won't allow me to use MSN, so I'm stuck chatting to myself and the most adorable little kid sitting next to me, that keeps insisting on her parents saying hello. Cause, Sarah is sitting behind me on a different computer, but I don't want to bother her, as she's working on a dance assignment!

Right, I'm going to disappear for the time being.
Speak to you all soon hopefully.
