So rocked up to court, sat down, and waited for the lawyer to arrive, for a moment, I thought she might not show, but she did and cast me a slight smile. I didn't get an opportunity to discuss the missed court hearing as she seated herself up front with most of, I gather the other lawyers there for the session. So stood up, when my name was called, took the stand, and the lawyer mentioned that I dispute the claims. A pre-trial date has been set.
So after that, we left the court, and it was kind of murky because what happened next did so rather fast, but I asked her if she attended the other court hearing, she also seemed a little gray on this area, because something to the word's of "they checked court dates, and they had it as the 12th", to which I said, "well I turned up on the 6th because that's the date I believed it to be", and when I was informed it was the 12th, I went home, and checked the paperwork, which in actual fact I was going to throw out, because I thought I didn't need it, but ended up retaining it seems with my other documents and it was the 4th.
To which she replied something similar "well it's a big court and paperwork does sometimes go astray"...blah...blah. I responded, "well doesn't that seem a little suspicious to you".
Anyway, again I asked if the police had provided all files and she informed me they haven't as yet. Now on this point, I'm kind of annoyed, because there's already been one quite surprising piece of information documented in the paperwork (and it's not the alleged witness, mind you that was kind of surprising), and basically I don't want any more nastie surprises like that, interesting to note that the court session previous to my own, the lawyer was also adamant on getting the police files so that he could defend his client. And personally and this may be a right or wrong opinion, however I think she's leaving this area uncovered as yet in terms of defending me .....so at this stage because although you'd like to be able to say...I trust what's going on....
I can't say I do....but good news is....if there is something dodgy going on....I'm aware of it...
Anyway a pretrial date has been set.
Other than that....dropped by an animation studio that Id heard of, and put my name down for some work, and went down Rudely Street and had a huge feast out....came home...and luckily just missed the rain.

With regards to the witness....well I dispute that, and according to the police records, that's pretty much a gray area as well because first up the witness is someone who attends the Job Network for employment, and in the second case it's an Employee....so you tell me huh ??

Oh yeah....and heard about a Magic Mushroom party that's happening in the hills on the June 21st, and despite wanting to go....won't...I still want to have a Mushroom trip...I've never had one....but like I said, for me, with the weather as it is....fog...and rain...it's just too dangerous....I'd rather stick to a party in town....and if I'm going to get totally totaled...which I probably wouldn't do...but if I was....I'd book myself into a Hostel for the night....and catch the bus home the next day...just to be on the safe side...

mind you it does sound very Roman Orgish....lol...I heard there's going to be naked maidens, and sacred love rituals....and all kinds of shit, where they lay the woman out on rugs...and stone tables....and run around wiping their hardened erectile's all over the bodies of the woman....so yeah...like I said...it sounds like a lot of fun....but probably totally freaky if your on the mushroom shit.....but we do love our love goddesses....

Oh yeah....and I started work on three new songs.....which are kind of different for me....hopefully a couple of them at least will get finished......and I should release a new song....soon....the new stuff.....is however like the old stuff, sometime's sweeping acoustic melody's....and now....well I'm into "Sex Dance"....which basically is dance music...with sexual content.......it's total "Get On" Music....which is probably synonyms with Good Groove Jive....Wipe out ...anyway.....on the range....with very large stones.

All right.....I'm not going to do any animating today....what I have to do, is sit here and look at the screen for a while, look at the resources.....and work out....how the next scene is going to be done....simple as that....won't be going out....won't be doing anything else....just had a nice lunch....and then most likely crashing out..... early. Hopefully I can borrow the car early tomorrow and get out and do some shopping....

Okay.....so the script does actually change here, and I've had to resort to the only copy of the complete script to work out what's going on and what actually was changed after the first edit.....

Okay.....so now....it's time to figure out if Ice is going to walk back through that tunnel...if she does it will be the first time in the animating that she enters a scene previously worked in, although it most like will need to be reconstructed.
If she doesn't, well we currently have a small store house of sets to work with that are new to the production...as it is she would be walking from the secondary set into a new set....or she can be just seen walking into the new set....
As there's quite a bit of dialogue with the computer mainframe here....it's probably going to be seen from the point of the tunnel to the new set....
And that is actually quite informative....and way more than people need to know....I'm not sure if there will be any updates from this section....because personally I'd like to keep it under wraps.... but it may take quiet a while to animate....so no updates....isn't going to be very interesting for those interested in how it's going.....so who knows ??
Anyway good news is that all prop's need for the next section have already been purchased.
Now the bad news.....I really don't want to do anymore today, in terms of preparation....so what I am going to do, is have a quick look around, just in case there's something new on the market that would fit with the next scene better...
Other than that...it would be fair to say.....that in the next section.....lighting will actually play a 70% role....which mean's its quite important in terms of creating the atmosphere....
We are still looking for a talking computer voice....although we may move to electronic for that...again...not needed right now...
so that's it ....no more updates for today....see you round.....
