Okay so feeling a bit happier, just cleaned the kitchen which was looking kind of pig styish, mind you I ended up cleaning the dishes with some rosemary shampoo because it looks like the house is out of dish washing liquid which I didn't check before going to the supermarket, and couldn't wash the floors which are also kind of dirty due to the fact that the new mop head, doesn't fit on the old mop...but hey...other than that it's clean....so happy...mind you there's still the kitchenette to tidy up, because that's out of control at the moment...
But, yeah, feel happy about going back into Animation at the moment, considering how many cool products the markets putting out...mind you I still want to go back over this manual, so that's going to take a couple more day's considering the upgrades, and then most likely I'll be purchasing a piece of equipment that does some kind of leading edge effects, mind you there's so many things out there doing so many amazing things...but this item in particular does something very cool, and it's not overly priced....so I'm going to put everything else on hold till that's done and it's been explored in terms of how to use it...
So that's it.
Given everything, I'm still kind of shitty, especially considering this thing that's all of a sudden kind of appeared in my mouth. And you know...who know's what it is, I mean is it stress ? Is it the most recent trip to the dentists where probe implements are put in my mouth...I mean it's in a completely different spot to everything else that's occurred since going to the Dentist....it might go away in a couple of days....but you know what...you know when you go in a completely clean laboratory there's a distinct smell of metho....a steraizing agent....and you know what, not once in any of these places have I smelt metho....By which I mean.....if I were running my own clinic, you know what I'd do....I'd have a bottle of metho on my desk, and prior to putting any implements inside of any persons mouth, I'd wipe them over with a sterilization fluid.....I mean to me that's just good protocol....
Anyway I'm not going to go on about anything...in the meantime I'm annoyed because I had an argument with dad...which I rarely do..and given everything....I think I'm just still kind of in shock about many things that are going on at the moment....because I'm still finding one two many things hard to believe in terms of what people are telling me, what I'm hearing...what I'm seeing....and lets face it what I am actually believing....

Right this has nothing to do with supporters....or whatever the media cares to suggest when someone makes a claim regarding an event of current interest...
Personally I have watched a number of updates regarding the Bell's matter via Yahoo Broadcast...
and first off...I have to say....I've had my thought's changed a number of times on what happened, why it happened and so forth...I mean basically I have little idea other than what's being presented by the "victims"...and the police involved...however I could also be lead to believe that there are other parties involved in this crime.
First
Personally my belief is this Reporter Deborah Garcia is trying to sway public opinion when she say's "the civil disobedience that the Bell's family are going to engage in"....if a family say's it's going to fight it ...it is not civil disobedience to fight something all the way through the justice department, that is my personal opinion on what they refer to.
Second
My personal belief is that Cooper is probably inadvertently rapt up in something he'd rather not be rapt up in, and I'd have to say in my personal belief thus far, most likely of the 50 odd bullets fired his would have been fired last and most likely the cop that shot four bullets.
Third
The judge said it was necessary to consider the mind-set each defendant at the time and place of the occurrence and not the mind set of the victim.
So personally he would need to explain this decision a little more, because it was stated that the individuals in concern went to the club on the pretext of some crime they were investigating...."still to be determined whether true or not...and in fact could be misleading...maybe...maybe not...Personally if a police officer has some type of crime to investigate....are they or are they not already "worked up".

I think Oliver is probably involved in a high level crime gang....just my opinion....and may have even gone to the club seeking prostitution services...maybe...maybe not. .and I would probably say that Michael Palladino is a less than creditably person in this matter.
The fact is on the allegations brought before the court, most likely they could have been found not guilty...I don't dispute that I haven't heard much of the case. However what I am suggesting, is that if someone else thought they were guilty of a different crime...and I'm not sure of this, however I do believe that they could be brought before the court to face those charges....secondly the family should know that that they have some form of legal redress because of the personal lost that they now face...that is my belief, however they would need to find an honest lawyer on that matter.

Right so now in some segment, we have mention not of a prostitution racket, but of a group of individuals that want the club in mention "closed down"..so we see in part...motive develop.

so now we have a supposedly unmarked car that "Bell"....was supposed to have approached. I would have to say without a doubt, that new's real leads to some suspicion. We also have police that are now "undercover" police. So I assume that mean's they we're not wearing uniform ? Take my meaning ?

and then ....well as far as the tapes go, it get's a little suspicious in terms of how it happened ....in car's and what not...so it would be hard to say....but I'll probably read the notes.....but before I do....if someone's in a car....how do you fire that many bullets into a car....as I said....I'm not saying anything until I have but, it seems more likely to me...that at least one of the police officers we're on the street when it occurred....but I'll read the notes when I get back from the shop.

So Guzman has a criminal history...huh ? Right, once a criminal, always' a criminal wrong...I don't think that's very relevant, although the particular crime might be.....you know he could be called a criminal for shop lifting or something like that but it completely bare's no evidence as to why he was shot at. They say something about the police intervening because of an earlier argument. I gather the police have been either monitoring these guy's for something or harassing them....which one is it ?
I mean I'll read more....but still I'm not reading anything thus far that show's me no crime was committed there.

Just reading the verdict....doesn't seem likely that I'd get the court documents unless of course I wanted to pay for them...
"Because justification was raised as an issue, the people had the burden of proving as an element of each charged crime that each defendant was not justified. "
So you know what that mean's....in terms of how I believe Cooper I think it is was not justified....I think he was justified in misaming his weapon....because most likely he felt guilt at what was occurring....just an opinion...may be right or wrong...

I do agree though that witness testimonials are likely to be incredibly skewed depending on who is giving them because of course each wants their side to win....and of course in stupidness, will perahps do something that they shouldn't which is lie in a court of law.
I found personally telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth....usually see's someone caught up in a bunch of lies.

So there was a confrontation between two parties outside the club, and something has been said about guns, and one group saying they're going to take it away from another....however now where the police step in...it's still not making any sense.....because first up....they were undercover agents....so if they start to approach the Nissan that Sean and Mr Guzman are in....what did Defendant Isnora do....say "Hault Police"...and flash a badge....I mean for all I know, and if I saw some guy coming towards the car, I'd probably think it's some Gay guy trying to pick us up....I mean why would they have any reason to suspect it's the police ??
But okay let's just say they're still right about it...the car is supposed to have headed off, and collided, with a Police Van ...that just happened to pull up at the same time...and then the car's supposed to have gone into reverse....which okay....may or may not have happened....I mean what if the police car was trying to ram them off the road ??
I mean the above is purely conjecture....
But you know...okay....in term of them ramming the Police Wagon.....that is pretty suspicious behavior....if that's how it happened....

Now in one of the testimonials printed in a paper, one of the victims that was supposedly shot said this...
"He was in the front of the car, closer to the passenger side," Benefield said. "He had a gun pointed towards us. He had it pointed at the car. He had it pointed toward 'S'."
Now that doesn't seem unlikely....if you were going to murder someone...but then we have this in the end verdict...
With respect to counts 4 and 5, Trent Benefield, whose credibility was seriously impeached, testified that he was shot while running down Liverpool Street. Forensic evidence demonstrated otherwise.
So we in fact have people shot....who weren't even shot....now that's interesting....because if you let of 50 rounds....you'd expect a couple of people to end up dead wouldn't you ?
I mean seriously...this reaks of dirt man..... it's just difficult to work out who at the moment....because as I said...there's seems to be quite a few things not adding up....

and so Mr Guzman....did apparently get shot in the incidence....but how do you explain how Bell ended up dead...I mean until that stage...no crime had been committed other than perahps an altercation which has been mentioned....yet...at this stage....not proved because we know nothing of it....but boy's fight on the street all the time....but how often do they end up murdered for it ??
I mean all I'm saying....is I'm having trouble believing some of what I'm reading...

Okay ....so from what I've seen from the film footage...and I am actually going to bed now...it defiantly looks like the car took some beating....both back and front....which is kind of suspicious...in terms of why the hell would the car look like that....
so I've had a think about it and I've come up with a couple of things..
1. If someone were coming at me with a gun...and I had no idea what was going on....what would I do..I mean I would defiantly try and get the hell out of there....
2. Now let's just say, the police didn't inform them that they were police, but had the gun...what would I do ? probably sit there and hope the hell I didn't get shot...
3. Lets just say I'm driving the car, and I'm in the middle of a police hit....for whatever reason....and I tried to run..why would I be trying to run if I hadn't done anything wrong...
4. If I was in the middle of a police hit....and I hadn't done anything wrong...yet maybe the people in the car with me had....and I was listening to them say something like go....go...I don't know....would I ram the car to try and get away....maybe if I was under pressure..??
I mean there's a couple of things with that....but the fact that the car's so smashed up....front and back...it does look like they were trying to escape the scene...
so that's a hard one...and that would defiantly sway my opinion....unless I heard some kind of testimonial.....to make me feel any different...
I mean I have heard the car jacker story...which I don't know about how seriously people get car jacked in Queens...I do know it's probably one of the more dangerous areas of N.Y.
So with that bit....it's defiantly were it get's murky for me....I mean if there was a warrant for someone in the car...again...that I would consider....but the story about them asking some sex worker for sex....well I don't know about bachelor parties....but I do know if I was getting married the same day...I mean really I'd only have sex with someone on the day of my marriage...if I didn't love my wife....so you know...that's a hard one....go to a sex club...yeah maybe...but have sex...nahh....but you know guy's maybe different.....as I said....that's a very gray area for me.....and that's where everything is said to have occurred...
So my mind is not made up on if there was any justification by the police....I mean there could be an element of justification...but again without the facts....it's hard to say....
At the moment I'm a hung jury .....
