So dropped by and had a coffee at a friends cafe prior to going to the dentist, have to say I was looking for advice, I often get caught up in the struggle for direction in my life, and a friendly chit - chat tends to help when I'm struggling mental and emotionally with all that's been going on. Plus let's face it, I'm still not happy with the amount of money I'm making, and every day I keep working through "should I be going back to university ? "...he seems to think getting my designs on t-shirts is the direction to go...meanwhile, emotionally I'm still suffering from the disfigurement...and I'll call it what it is...

Which remind's me I need to get back onto the lawyers, because I do believe the amount of time for taking action on the matter is close at hand.

So at the dental meeting, went through the same procedure as normal, pocket depth checks, which I requested that she be careful with the implement, interesting how from the what ?, now four different meetings, pocket readings with levels of 3.4.6..5. etc...etc., can now all suddenly be non-existent, except for the two back molar's which is why I originally went to the dentist. Other than that, when testing for looseness in the mouth, when Dr Martin Lao did it only one tooth showed any looseness, and he was reasonably gentle when running that test, while when she did it, and it's not a complaint about her service, it's just noticing something which one would consider peculiar in approach, and maybe not for the best of mean's, it was like she was using a pair of pliers on them, and of course as such, teeth looseness readings were completely different. Again I have my suspicions as to why .

Anyway it finished as per usual, there is some slight inflammation due to plaque build up on the inner side, where the panning treatment has not occurred.

She informed me that the area where I now have the resin base can not be repaired, and has requested that the resin be removed, she mentioned that it will cause harm to the gum tissue. For the amount of time it's been there, and the support it offers in terms of support around the tooth, which had tissue removed from it I prefer to keep it there, and if I have a problem will remove it. I am also concerned about possible "trauma" if it were removed. Fact is I was a "beautiful woman" before I went into those surgery's, by which I mean, I had no visual problems that I was upset by, and it is very clear how many of the business, family, educational and religious groups act in this area, I will say no more than that on the matter at this stage. Anything that threatens their power base, they try to destroy, and will use what ever means possible to them in doing so, somewhat a perversion of the mind, of course they'll cry "Forgive us for we know not what we do"...

Other than that prior to the commencement of the examination, we discussed the fact that I have my period at the moment and there are certain woman who suffer from menstrual periodontal disease, which I would assume varies from woman to woman, personally I feel that I am one that does, and most likely my diysmenorrhoea would perhaps in part confirm that. I don't wish to write a doctoral paper on it here, but in part estrogen levels may play some part. In terms of a part "Chinese Medicinal System", understanding of the matter would relate to the Kidneys and the process of expelling the menstrual blood. At this time, I would suggest that the energy and mechanics of the body would take some of the usual functioning of the body away from its usual process and focus on the excretory process. Perhaps even causing blood flow to extremities to be lessened during that period which may account for the change in color of the gum tissue at this time.

I don't wish to only bring that to your attention, but also in terms of my reading, and unfortunately some of my resources on different papers have disappeared, I won't go into it, but in terms of one group's cultural practices, and I only recall the item briefly which I read online, and have lost the bookmark, but it was suggested that some sects removed the menstrual colored gum tissue (slightly blue) as it is supposed to preserve life, by which I mean somehow offer a means of longer life, I gather to the one that possesses it, however again I could not confirm this as the bookmark was lost in the computer crash, and I've had trouble finding it because in fact I only stumbled upon it when reading an article on Ethnology.

So obviously their will be believers and their will be non - believers as to what's going on...personally you know what, a horror movie from you're local Block Buster or some other similar organization is like a comedy compared to the horror of this place. Of course I was informed there's no maliciousness here....however the very facility of the human condition, unless one works to remove the condition makes humankind a malicious character. Believe it or don't believe it.

I forgot to mention....perhaps she seemed a little surprised when I informed her after the reading that not all sides of the mouth had been paned...that may or may not be 100% appraisal of what occurred, but there was defiantly some reaction to the statement.
