So....can't remember where we were last time, if you're not from Adelaide, you'd probably not realize that we're in the longest heat wave for this state in history, and from what I hear it's going to be around for a few more day's, so I have to admit, it's not actually the best conditions for film development in terms of working in a nice cool air conditioned room...I feel like I'm sitting in the middle of a desert to tell you the truth...so it hasn't been moving as quick as I'd like, most of the time I'm getting up and drinking water...because I'm sweating that much out...
But today, got some nice renders for the comic going, and put together a small scene to start animating tomorrow...there's an unexpected character addition in terms of how the next scene is coming together...
the thing's sitting at 13:03...and it feels like I'm only about 1/20th into the thing. A bull ant just walked across my desk.....I don't think in my whole life a bull ant has ever walked across my desk so that's pretty weird...
well not that weird....and no it's not heat hallucinations...it's just what happens....lol...
So anyway... I better get to bed, if we had a pool I would defiantly be going for a dip before going to bed, we had a pool when we lived in Darwin....mind you we rented that house....but it was a good pool....I discovered lots of strange insects in it....mostly dead ones...lol...
Anyway...stay cool, I'm going to bed.

Just uploaded the latest image, this one introduces a character, who may or may not appear again, although they hold quite an important part in the overall theme of the production, although I can't tell you why, because that would spoil things.
I actually had trouble deciding on who this figurization would be applied to because personally in the time and dimension we are in, I felt this would be a good characterization for Rhyd. I won't tell you any more than that, please enjoy the latest update, and again, remember, that these are merely representations of the overall look and feel of the animations and most likely this is not the cell that will appear in the comic, but a derivative.
