So anyway, went to the preliminary hearing yesterday, after legal aid, and the same old story with the dental gear, legal aid, don't do Dental Claims. I'm not going to make a story of it, it was pretty horrific as usual, and I tend to get quite wound up in those meetings because it feel's like your talking to a brick wall. I mean I've given them at least 8 legal reasons why the contract was not suitable to sign, and they still won't settle. So basically it's going to the final hearing in about six weeks.
(I guess you'd say the thing I'm most annoyed about, when I asked the person representing Centerlink what her background was she refused to answer), you know I still am very much of the opinion, if you've got nothing to hide, why can't you respond to a simple question....who know's, most likely it would support my thoughts on ethnic discrimination and racial discrimination along with religious persecution....you know a simple answer like "I'm Australian"...would have been sufficient, however she refused to even do that.

Other new's well the gum's are going okay, I'll have an image up maybe tomorrow, funny thing mind you, there's a different outbreak in another area...the area that hasn't been panned....I swear my mouth is an outbreak-fest at the moment....so tomorrow believe it or not....I'm going to find a new dentist, and make an appointment.
Believe it or not....that is good news....actually I better put it at the top of the to - do list. Other than that....well finally got Lego Brain's scan's done....kind of effective actually...probably as good as those that they get on stages at shows....which are a lot more dangerous...in case you weren't aware....now don't you be looking into those bright lights now see....you might get terminator eyes.....
You know what I'm pissed off about most with my gums and teeth....not that I'd be right in saying this because if I went to them every year who know's what my teeth would look like now....fact is when I went to that dentist for a check up, I actually hadn't been for nine year's...lol..which isn't something to laugh about...but you know if you consider the fact that the area they haven't touched is the only area pretty much still in tact...well you've got to wonder some times...

Did I tell you I bought a skate board yesterday....it's kind of cool....black and white style comic print, with a guy with an axe...I call him the Executioner...very Nordic/Thorish looking...took it for a couple of spin's but really need to get out and sweep the driveway....

Thinking about going back to University again...I keep thinking about it....but you know...these day's walking away with a debt...it's kind of hard to work out which course to do, that would actually pay it's way...I mean I know for a fact half the lawyers here, either don't know the law, or they're not prepared to tell you it, due to the networks they're in...personally I know for a fact, a could have that dentist in court not only for negligence, but a couple of other area's of law, which they most likely are unaware of ...but I'm getting to that...

You know if I die sooner than expected...I give someone the privileged title of holding an Outbreak Fest in my honor....which would include a line up of all breakout bands....that's one thing that you can with my blessing do...but only after my death...so be warned... and if I don't die that soon...well I might put Lipcrack on the lineup....
