Actually need to be going to bed soon, considering all the appointments in the following week, but just a quick run down on today....you see people probably think I've been delaying putting in my plea, which all along I've said not guilty, but basically in terms of cost needed to work out, what is the best solution, and I thought to myself well pleading not guilty might not be the best solution, simple as that...and let's face it...the little bit I've got in the bank I want to keep there. Anyway she went on today, about how a trial will cost about $2000, and depending on what goes on...I don't think I'll get to see a cent, and it's going to cost me money even if I'm found not guilty, so basically I can assure you I'm only going to spend money on legal cases that if I win, pay me money. And no I'm not looking to go after money through the law courts, although it seem's a reasonable way to make a living, but I am going to go after what I consider is a law that's been broken that's caused me loss or damages...or whatever you like to call it. And most likely you'll be aware I've only just started.
So she did inform me to put in my plea at the next hearing, which I'll do, even though personally I believe that I still haven't received good legal advice because of my limited knowledge of the law, I still feel that a counter law suit if a definite possibility considering what had been occurring with the person involved. And of course I haven't engaged a private lawyer as yet, although possibly that should be my last port of call so to speak. Actually I have an idea, which I might follow through on, because honestly I don't believe I'm getting the best legal advice, and of course I'm not paying for it yet, so why would I be ?
So anyway, that comes up on the 19th of March, so I still have a couple of weeks to look at further options. However at this stage I will be going with my "Not Guilty Plea".
That's it, just catching up on some removes from the lists, and will get back to that in the next couple of days.

Hey how's this for really weird....you know that mouth cream that mum bought, well the box is sitting here in front of me on my desk, and I thought to myself, the only way to prove that I haven't used any of that shitty crap they sell, is to not open it, basically most of those things have a seal that you break when you open the tube. Anyway, I just picked up the box to have a look at it...and the box is empty...how weird's that....I mean it may show up...but you know I was actually pretty specific in my actions with that gear.... and for all intensive purposes, there should be a full unopened tube of crap on my desk.

I have an extremely good idea for business woman, in what is still obviously a male dominated world. Sure they say things are changing, but think about it, if men are so controlling, there's really only one way to bring about a power shift and some equity for woman. Now think about it, the more children there are on the planet, the more competition there is for jobs and in the process wealth along with resources. Now if woman actively took part in controlling the supply channel that would increase their so called "power position". I mean I don't doubt that men and woman come together for all variety of reasons, companionship, wealth, romance, I mean that list is endless, but some come together for power plays and I'm talking about things such as heirs, prodigy etc.
Which gender is the least impoverished in society "woman". So you want to know my suggestion to woman ? Start refusing to have children, the moment you do that, man, the ultimate controller, loses his power position and ultimately his wealth, sure he can give it to another man...but sooner or later the step of radical change in
population/power control is transformed to nothingness...nilhism I think you'd call it occur . Obviously that's very feministic in it's approach but it actually save's on a number of fronts, populations are decreased putting less stress on resources, it creates a more even playing field for woman, and it turns around a situation of dependence to independence. Not that I'm advocating that every woman be independent, I'm sure there's plenty of loving family situations out there, but I also know there's a lot that are not. Now say these woman that go into clinics and give up ovaries and have pregnancies for other families.....just say they said....no I'm not going to do that for $100 dollars, or what ever ridiculous amount they get paid......but let's just say woman said.....right I'm not going to have your child for anything less that $200,000 which personally I still think is pretty cheep considering the economy and woman in business...but lets just say they said that. let's say every woman said that before even engaging with a man for reproduction .. ....it would make for a better world for everyone....I say no more children...that also stops people like property investors and all the other business networks capitalizing on kids, and woman....but then again....I feel very differently about poverty and oppression and way's of managing it....

So as it stands...the minimum price for having a child is $200,000 up front....but prior, right you've got dates....so then let's say woman said....right $20,000 will get you 5 dates...if they still want to see you after the five date's well no more money need change hands, until the decision about children....but if they don't want to see you anymore ....well that's you're $20,000 gone....of course you don't except the $20,000 unless you are genuinely interested in the guy, that's pretty fair...I think.

Okay...so you get past the dates then you start living with them....now this is the difficult thing unless you're in a very equality based relationship, because woman, and this is my experience, usually end up doing more work around the home in terms of cleaning etc than their partner, who invariably doesn't want to help out....so let's face it...his getting paid more than you....so he can afford it....so next I suggest....while being happy to share the rental expenses etc bills....when it comes to housework....you have to demand money...simple as that....because sure as hell you're not going to feel appreciated for what you do....so let's say your boyfriend...husband earns over $30,000 a year...
you request 30 dollars a week for housework....which you declare on your tax statement...it actually work's better for the family economy if you do so....if he earns over $40,000 you request $40, $50,000 $50...and so it goes...
I mean woman really have to very conscious of not being exploited in to day's economy...and these are way's that will help.
