Spent this morning believe it or not, in front of a microscope. I ended up running about seven tests using an unopened packet of Livingston glass slides pathology grade. I started with a tongue swab using the glass itself to wipe along the surface of the tongue to collect cells and some saliva. Of course it's very difficult to see anything without a dye solution so I used a bottle of Betadine that we have laying around. First I prepared a sample of the Betadine with no other cells as I am well aware that the solution itself may contain some bacteria or foreign substances. There were none present. At this stage I had not eaten food or had anything to drink.
Following that I applied the Betadine to the tongue/saliva sample and examined the cells. At this stage I was not sure what I should be looking for, however it seemed that all cell's on a magnification of 4 and 10/.25 appeared regular in shape. (will check 40x later)...at this stage I was looking for anything that may have signs of mutation or irregularity in cell shape, I saw nothing, although I did see one object that looked red in color and long and fibrous, there only appeared to be one object in this shape....there was no sign of any dense objects or cell wall thickening/along with no unknown objects attached or piercing into any of the cell like structures I saw.
Following this I did a straight saliva test which was gathered after swishing saliva around the area that is painful, I was hoping this may dislodge some cells from the area. Again I found nothing unusual according to my knowledge. I then did a cell scrape directly from the area that is somewhat painful, it was quite difficult to really get any cell's to work with, although I believe there was a small amount of gum tissue placed on the glass slide. There does not appear to be anything that I would recognize as unusual.
Of course I found this quite strange because really considering everything, and what's been going on, I am expecting to find something...not because I believe there is something there...but because of the grand job the medical academia have done in slaughtering/butchering my mouth...I would expect to find something. Following that, because I could not find anything, I did a larger scraping test running a clean metal file like object from the top of my gum line down to the area that is some what painful. I was hoping that if there was something it would be found in an area adjacent/connecting to the area that I have some pain in. Again I found nothing that I would recognize as unusual.
However what I did notice sometime after doing this scraping along the gum line, that the area was somewhat painful and without distorting the truth, it felt as though I had been slightly grazed. When comparing this to the time when I left the dentist, I would say that it is almost exactly the same feeling as when I wrote it in my notes to the dental board, it felt as though I had been grazed although most likely 100 fold to what I had done today, which would also be possible to conceive considering the amount of tissue that I say was removed from the back gum line.
Following that I went on line to see if I could find any saliva cell's to compare with the one's I had taken. Most of the images on line show cells which are infected or have some form of disease associated with them. I could not find anything that resembled my samples which appear to be quite healthy. Although in terms of one image I saw which tuberculoses was present, I did think that the strange red fiber object I saw was somewhat similar to that. However that is yet to be determined, in my sample there was only one thin strand like molecule present, while in the tuberculoses sample the structure is quite dense. I'm not suggesting anything as I do not know this to be true, however I could suggest....with little evidence to support the claim, that perhaps my sometime's scratchy voice is due to one or two stray tuberculoses cell's floating around in my mouth...(which is kind of funny, but not). Also not funny considering the only individual that I have been in contact with who has tuberculoses was a former headmistress.
In regards to these samples collected, I will bring to your attention, they were left out after performing these tests. So would be unsuitable as evidence.
However I am going to run the tests again, at a later date...most likely tomorrow, and freeze the results. As per my testing, I am also going to collect cell tissue from the side of the mouth which has, as yet not been touched by any dentists as per my hesitation of removing evidence in support of my claim that the Dental Group in Stirling did damage to my gums followed by subsequent damage occurring at the other Dental Groups.
I will point out that there is a blister in the back area that has not been panned, which appeared about four day's ago if I recall . It is not a pustules blister and may be due to any number of reasons, including 1. A wisdom tooth may need to be removed. 2. A panning treatment required, although as it is at the very back of my mouth, and the area is somewhat tender, the gum appears to pull away from the tooth which does not reveal any plaque under the gum line. 3. Trauma.
It is difficult to tell at this stage what it may be. I certainly have not engaged in any activities that would cause blistering, e.g. consuming hot drinks, eating hot food....etc. So I am unsure as to what it may be.
Monday I will be booking an appointment with a Dental Group.
