Well as it stands it's been a pretty busy day, started out with a little gardening to keep the place in check, vacuumed my car, and washed the floor mats. Plenty of course to keep working away on to bring it back to life, although I really sometime's wonder if it's worth the effort...they're not exactly easy to keep maintained when they're that age....kind of like people I guess..
Other than that, well I did go all out tonight in terms of cooking up a good meal to get into the health restoration...yummy green vegetable mix in a light vinaigrette sauce, with Salmon baked in a milk, homus and garlic sauce....really over the top delicious.
Other than that, well I thought I'd be back to full speed on the web, but it looks like it might not kick in until the day after the monthly payment....I'm keeping a serious eye on that , because at the moment its off peak and I should be getting full speed access at 1500 and I'm getting from 700 to 300 which is pretty shitty.
Made up another mouth rinse tonight...I tell you it taste like shit..its supposed to have an alcohol base, and I've been using straight bundy rum in it ...eughhh....but it may be working...notice the may ...in terms of when I put the detection fluid on it, it seems as though the size of the initial lump has decreased, but I'm not sure if that's due to me decreasing the pressure on the tooth brush when I apply it....basically over brushing an area is enough to cause gum recession anyway...so as you can imagine the area's pretty fragile....but I'll give it till say Wednesday, before I make an appointment with the Doctor...who may prescribe some anti-biotic's..and after that well it's back to the dentist....believe it or not....all my other gums are pretty much intact...except for the front area that they massacred, and I think it's pretty obvious to see from the photos, that there was no problems there until they cut the heck out of them....and that applies to the side area...I know for a fact that the gums were great on that side...and you know...while they said there would be some gum recession from cleaning...they didn't say they're would be whole slivers of gum line missing, and nor abrasion as per one of the dental reports....you know last time I heard, you only get abrasion when you've skinned your self on gravel or something similar...not when you've been skinned....its pretty shitty really...and I had no ...that someone would do something like that...intentionally or unintentionally.
Anyway I'm not going to complain about it any more, I'm going through the procedures one could be expected to go through....
And now...going to bed...still pretty exhausted....you know really if there wasn't so much to do....on a weekend, I'd kick my feet up and just veg out in front of the box for the day..or if it was sunny just go and lay on a rug in the park... or lay in one of those floatation tanks...I mean really let go of lifes stresses..I think it's important to let go of stresses....that's probably why when I was doing massage it was so good for people...because its a real wind down activity....the good old days...well some of them were good....least I was getting paid more...
I think people need to develop more wind down activities....you know what...I just had a really good idea...and I wrote about it , but it's just too good an idea to give away....so I've deleted it...but for your information..if I get to build upon the Lipcrack/A for Alternative foundation....I've just had a million dollar business idea...and I'm going to call it....The Wind Down Factor....
And down to the last 12 agencies in terms of networking...and hearing back from people...so despite enjoying meeting various rep's in the industry....I'll be really glad to get back to the animating...
So that's it, if only we had a few generations to build upon our idea's huh ?
