Okay...well that's it from me for the day, went to court, it is absolutely pouring....in fact the city parklands are flooded....there was a car crash just down the road from home, and someone got hit by a car in the city...so I guess you could call it a very black day.....court went okay. ..I have till March to see what's going on with Legal Aid, or as the judge also suggested, consider getting a private lawyer ...I don't know what's going to happen there..
so that's it, I am actually exhausted, so I've just put a new image up, which doesn't give too much away, but gives you a little look into BlockBrains world...

other than that it may be too wet for a photo shoot...not sure, I did hear that it might actually be raining for the next few days...so...might not be possible to get out ...but I'm hoping too..
and I am actually going to crash now...I'm kind of exhausted....

Other than that...bit annoyed...mum's home on holiday's which isn't so bad, but she's started cleaning the house for when our guests from Norway arrive...problem is...she's started cleaning in every room of the house....but has half done every room...(you know taking gear off shelves and dusting, but leaving everything on the floor)
.....so that every room look's like a pig style, and now ever room's got gear laying all over the floor, and it's like a potential mine field...it's actually quite dangerous...which is why I guess I'm a bit annoyed...you know, like I had all dad's CD's stacked nicely, and she decides to clean the kitchen, and now they're all in boxes that look like their ready to be taken to the dump....and just everywhere...I mean if she'd just left it like it was there wouldn't be anything to do...you know you'd just have to take the vacuum and go from one end of the house to the other....and wash the floors...now all the clean clothes that normal get thrown on the spare bed are all over the lounge...it looks like someone's ran sacked the place...or what ever it it's called...
but whatever you call it...for today...I'm calling it a day...

Oh yeah...I should mention two items of legal paperwork have gone missing, one of those actually provided details of today's legal appointment....I'm not saying what the other one is....however it's interesting to say the least...
