Well I have just received the results of the second process appeal through the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, and they have affirmed the decision to apply the breach however in their notes they do not accept the assessment by Centerlink that I failed to attend the appointments. So basically all there has been at this stage is a failure to negotiate, and I am saying that they have failed to negotiate, so I will be taking it to the final stage of appeal through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. There are also numerous incorrect statements of fact, and the first I bring to your attention is "She feels an obligation to Centerlink because the Centerlink NEIS scheme helped her establish her business"....this is incorrect. My business was established prior to entering into a NEIS Scheme, the only reason I entered into a NEIS scheme is because it was offered as a suggestion by Centerlink offices as a way for getting people into the work force I assume, and I will be arguing that the Government forced unemployed people, people with limited means into programs that would cause them to invest in business development taking money from their welfare payments...money that in fact is a welfare payment to buy essentials of food and one would assume health care...and I will be arguing in the law courts, that the Government has neglected their duty to invest in business developments for their people and has continued to reinvest in some areas while completely neglecting others and pushing the burdon on to those that can ill afford it.
There is also some reference to a medical condition, however it is a medical condition that I am obviously unaware of, however it's a medical condition, that has obviously been put in place to keep a Human Resources Department in Employment.
I'm not going to go on about it any further, paperwork will go in Wednesday.
I would assume that the above incorrect statement of fact was put in the paperwork to help support their case for keeping the program going, and I would suggest that it needs to be shut down for the welfare of welfare recipients because it has provided little welfare to me and has caused much pain and suffering
That's all I'm saying on the matter at the moment...however all statements that are incorrect statements of facts will be brought to the attention of the Administration appeal, as will be all convenient omissions.

So believe it or not, I finally found a moment to upload to You Tube...this is kind of funny and it's not an advert for sex....just when it's a hot day, and I walk past these flowers... I can't help but think...how wild would it be to have sex in those flowers...with no one watching...I mean it looks like a really beautiful spot for love making.... actually if I had the cash, I'd buy that block of land an build a home on it...I love it so much...it's just down the road from mum and dad's...

that is all...don't laugh...I'm sure ever one dreams about having sex in uninhibited places....I mean I always do.... come on it's natural isn't it....I mean I'm sure not everyone shares that kind of information... ..but I like to.....and I guess for all Lipcrack Lovers...you should think of five beautiful places where you can think of making out....it will do wonders for your sexual imagination....which I'm sure you must have...
