So just update on some of the legal gear that's going on, I'm supposed to be hearing in terms of the appeal decision in a few weeks, in terms of applying for legal aid, well that's quite interesting, I was provided a document and put in the forms required by that document, it was given a pending status per the requirement of additional paperwork which was provided, giving about two weeks if the aid was granted, as it turns out, I've opened another letter today which arrived today which is in fact, what I consider another delaying attempt to grant aid, basically it is a request for further breakdown of the business in terms of profit and loss statement, thankfully the latest tax assessment has arrived and I can run off a copy of documents that were sent to the tax department...however..at the present stage...to me, as I said, it's looking like delay tactics...and I'm well aware why.. you know if they really needed all that information...why didn't they stipulate it, and save the additional time delays...because it is going to cause a time delay and they know it, and yet they've put a warning note on the letter regarding how paperwork should be handled before time...so again when I appear in court on Dec 21st I will bring to the attention of the court...and obstruction of justice on behalf of the Department of Legal Aid....and don't think for a moment I don't' know that the girl in the Job Network's family/most likely relatives in legal aid are trying to cover up for her.....
Funny thing is mum's side of the family ended up providing a solicitor for me to contact in regards to the matter basically you can appoint your own or have legal aid appoint one for you...I gather they didn't see that coming...
so that's all I'm saying on that...
