So, just got that paperwork out the way, legal aid that is, and contacted the Periodontists, they were available to take the call. Basically they've informed me that something has been sent in the post, which I should get over the next couple of day's in the meantime I discussed a number of point's regarding my own findings and personally I believe that a tissue sample should have been taken prior to any work being done with implement's that cause trauma to the gum line, and I should be asked if it's okay to take a tissue sample...however that's an opinion. I mean so many fact's came to light that I ended up calling the Department of Occupational Health and Safety now called Safework SA. That of course was after calling the Australian Dental Association which I did at Steve's request as he seem's to want to have some form of resolution that way, so I'm awaiting the paperwork.
He also seem's to think that a filling will resolve some of the issue although can't suggest anyone that might be able to do it.
So contacted the ADA, and also the H.C.S.C.C which is the Health and Community Services Complaint's Commission.
Anyway it was all kind of painful, in the process of calling Department of Occupational Health and Safety, the phone message has some reference to Bullying, and I bought to their attention, how I felt that I was being bullied into signing a Work for The Dole Agreement, and basically as it sit's with the individual I talked with, it's okay for them to bully you, in fact it seems that they feel it's okay to bully you to the point you feel suicidal as long as at the end of the day, they get their wage increase, and their superannuation and holiday's paid for them...
The only option of course is to get rid of the current government and a reevaluation of services and their merit...you know it's all very good for a friend to evaluate your merit but what about when the public do it....
We want services that put people in jobs, not keep them out....or fail to supply....and certainly not services that offer unfair competition in the market place....

How's this, I just opened the mail and the letter Steve informed me of is here, ...blah...blah....we wish to advise that our surgery is no longer able to continue to look after your dental care needs....It has become apparent that you have lost confidence in our practice...blah...blah...It has become apparent that you have at times been disrespectful in the way you have spoke to our staff....
Now I don't want to go into the in's and out's of it...but you know I'd like to know how I've been disrespectful to their staff, in fact all I've ever done is ask to be put through so that I could discuss my dissatisfaction with treatment....(for who know's what, and most likely stress)....which of course has been a little difficult for them to do...not only that...how's this ...both Doctors have signed the document which is dated as of December 19th which is actually a month away....so...you want to know something....without being rude to them because I haven't at this point, at least not as far as I'm aware....if you sign a document dated December the 19th, in the middle of November , and you have the title Dr before your name....and as simple a matter as it may be....I just wonder...what else you missed when studying those journals at Adelaide University.....

so started working with a few items to animate the next section....but haven't really set the scene up, might get round to that tomorrow afternoon when I get home from town....so that's it...having a shower and going to bed...to watch a video...night all.
