The Australian Defence Force (ADF) Is Looking To Replace Its Current Fleet of Field Artillery With A Modern Indirect Fire Support System (IFSS). This ITR Seeks To Determine The Marketplace For An Air Deployable LW155. The LW155 Capability Being Sought By The Commonwealth Is To Be Tactically Deployable By Air And Land In Order To Support ADF Forces, And Is Also To Comprise A Fire Control System Which Can Communicate In The Digital Battlespace.

Description The ADF requires a contractor to provide a secure storage facility for up to about 60,000 DNA samples with the possibility to increase to about 90,000 samples. The DNA samples will be held as blood spots on special blotting paper and contained in a tamper evident plastic bag. No sample analysis is to be performed.
The DNA samples are required to be stored at 'room temperature' essentially in an environment similar to that found in Australian air conditioned office buildings. The contractor is expected to register, store and audit the samples as well as dispose of specified samples when they are no longer required. When requested, specified samples are to be returned to the ADF within one working day.

The Commonwealth Is Seeking The Provision of Up To 1,000 Hours of ‘One On One’ German Language Training. The Training Course Is To Be Delivered In The Metropolitan Area of Sydney, New South Wales During Calendar Year 2008. The Contractor Will Be Required To Develop Or Tailor An Existing Training Course To Reflect Specific Defence Requirements.
Some of what I consider a little more dubious...but hey that's me...

Isn't it interesting that one of the most updated services is Government weapon's of destruction, funny that they don't ever use them in their own country, which mean's it would be highly likely to assume, it's because they're always picking fights with other nations, that way they've got a reason to update don't they.

The second one read's basically as we're going to get DNA samples, were not going to tell you where from, you need to store them, no scientific studies will be done on them, but basically we need to pay someone to sit on their ass, because we've got that much money we don't know what to do with it....you will be required to destroy them when we ask, so that it looks like their there for a purpose other than embezzlement of
tax payer dollars....but then again, maybe there just illegal DNA samples like the illegal dental samples they gather from unsuspecting victims.

and finally I got around to the Budget.....and you know what....something is just not ringing true about the budget and Government allocation of Australian Tax payer dollars....and I think million's/billions are being ferret away into and I can say one area University Trust Funds....and Australian's are missing out on the investment potential of that money....and who know's ? It may actually be occurring because they need to pay out retiring Superannuation claims. And what that mean's is that there's no investment occurring in growing the work force or industry, it's going into paying out retiring workers....
and you know there's all this crap about child care....blah...blah...and there's defiantly something fishy about the Government funding it's own radio services the ABC, actually it read's like the only thing the Government is funding is itself, and everyone else is left to fend for themselves....and that's bullshit.

The biggest Fraud in Australia is carried out by Government Administrators...and it is the most biased, prejudice budget that a country has every experienced.

You know take for example, Adelaide was settled as a free colony, which mean's that it wasn't built by convicts, but yet two year's after settlement there's history of the Adelaide Goal and executions. And then of course there's the fact that Colonel Light, one of the original surveyors and administrators of land titles, well his hut with all his notes and plan's burnt down....and you know what I think that mean's....I think that it mean's, that maybe there's people/families on land here, which they were never entitled to own, and he did die a year later......maybe...and you know what else I've just realized....for some reason all the European's came in after World War 2, now I wonder why they did that ??
Hmm interesting that we were one of the founding members of the E. U. I didn't know that, and considering when I called up one of the radio stations talk back and they had a go at the E. U. well I never understood that either...I guess I'm not really a conflict person but I seem to have been drawn into it...and most likely it's due to the declining role of the English in the country, people may dispute that, but a visit to the city on any day would provide enough visual evidence....funny enough I don't think we bred like rabbits, many of the other nationals do, that's what I think....but it would explain some of the hostility I guess. And then of course there's the fact that major immigration began after the second world war. I'm kind of wondering about those figures, and why they would come...
Now well of course there's the Asia/Pacific push for business and investment, and well I say it's very easy to get caught up in a bit of an interracial nightmare.....which again...I don't really want any part of.....
but I can tell you this....something still doesn't ring quite true with this place.....it's higher education systems, it's job placement systems...and all other such manner of things....I feel quite upset about this place, and having my face brutalized by ethnics wielding lead pencils in class, and tissue hungry dentists...not much more than cannibal's I still really wonder why people are immigrating here....
you know military possession has the distinct ability of destroying whatever it is that it tries to possess...
