Report figures are in for October, while initially it probably sound's bad, it's not as bad as it seem's, basically I've had enough, and I'm not going to over stress myself due to a lack of support from organizations that should be supporting our efforts.

Basically I feel as though the Government or at least the agencies that it employ's to support community have turned a blind eye, and in many instances created unnecessarily hurtful actions and inactions towards us, and I feel that needs to be addressed, and most likely legally. So while things are on hold for a little while, Lipcrack will be moving toward's having these grievances brought to the attention of the legal system in an effort to instigate some form of change.
Of course we realize that we need not only look to the Australian Government to do that, but to oversea's Governments and Business groups, which we also do actively. We could quietly comfortably tour with another group and contribute to expenses, however we need to find group's that are willing to share the road with us...
So basically that's all I'm saying...but what I am also saying is that, with two court hearings, Appeal paperwork in two weeks etc to be prepared, along with everything else it is just unreasonable to consider that Lipcrack is going to maintain all area's of business for this period with one person.
I also consider that many of these actions taken against us, on many level's have been done in order to prevent business operations, and of course we are less than happy with that...
so yeah..what I'm saying is that...I'm not going to put myself under inhuman work pressure when we know that people are not paying their way, and that includes the Government, which no doubt has it's own agenda considering the business groups it already funds.
so that's it for today...
I have done a little more animating, but again it's very time consuming and also quite expensive, so while it is an important aspect of the business after our first clip is released, thing's will be reassess again in terms of lipcrack's direction.
Basically I think at the moment we should be touring, and our effort's are now also going to go into networking with oversea's bands for a joint tour next year....by that I mean that by October/November next year we would like to be on a joint tour....in America, and in the meantime if anyone else would have us, well we'd be ready for a very good set by May next year, with some intensive practice, although we could probably drop our dack's and give a good show right now if you asked us too...
that was a joke...but yeah, we could probably do a very not tight pub gig at the moment, so I'd prefer to work on that...as I said till May...then see what happens....along with everything else...
The movie building will continue, ....tax paperwork needs to be done...blah...blah...
so that's news....bye for now...
I might go to bed, and maybe watch a movie...
But in general all things are moving kind of slow at the moment, which really doesn't not feel like a good thing
Also it has come to our attention of some quite major copy right infringments in terms of derivative works being performed oversea's....

so just contacted the Periodontist, now interestingly after contacting them yesterday I was informed that Dr Steve Soukoulis would be available after 3:00 today. So I instigated a call, reception informed me that he was not available or something similar. Now mind you this is after how many months of trying to instigate further action for repair to gum tissue that had been damaged. By now I was what one would say annoyed, however I persisted because I was not getting a suitable outcome from the conversations, I was informed that Steve had emailed the address at soulmissing@yahoo.com.au after claiming that they had not received correspondence from the lipcrack@lipcrack.com address. I still have the record of that mail sent.
I requested what e-mail address the correspondence had been sent to, because at that stage I had no idea what e-mail it had been sent to and I had not received that e-mail, I also asked what was in the header and which address it had been sent to because it may have inadvertently been deleted.
The receptionist's did not answer and informed me quite viciously that they had been told that they did not have to speak to me. Of course this seem's somewhat inappropriate, they hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with someone in management, and was put forward to someone who informed me that Steve was not available and would get back to me, considering that I've been told this for some odd month and had not received any indication to other than this being further run around I insisted that I speak with Steve.
I was put through to Steve after some discussion.
He informed me that an e-mail had been sent from the Darwin office after I had informed him that any e-mail sent may have been inadvertently deleted due to unknown e-mail address and incorrect header, or at least a header that I would not recognize.
He informed me that a CC had been sent to his office and that it would be resent. He informed me that I had been abrupt with his staff, and apparently someone had said I used bad language, I have never used bad language when engaging in business with this organization. I was informed that he had sent all Dental records to the A.D.A Australian Dental Association and was awaiting outcome from them.
I asked why they had received notes and files etc, and he informed me because he believed that no positive outcome would come from what was transpiring.
I informed him I was surprised that reception had said I had used bad language, and did admit I had been abrupt but I consider when an organization has taken over $500 dollars from me and left me in a position of half dental care, and care that is less than careful considering my knowledge of what was occurring, and at my age, I have some right to be abrupt when not receiving service from an organization that should on all accounts be providing service. Mind you I have not had any complaint with Steve in terms of the fact that he did inspect my teeth, however perhaps a little too late, considering I believe the first Dentist covered up the shoddy work, which in fact may have been torturous in intent.
Anyway, I asked Steve what the turn around would be on the ADA and he informed me that he could not hasten that, and in fact no time frame was given.
I informed him at that stage, well considering that his business was about to walk out the door in terms of further payment due to the appointment that has now been booked for the following week with one of the Dental Hospital's out clinics...you know I can't really do anything further.
I have requested dental care, I've been more than happy to pay for it however it seem's that as an unemployed person who has the right to dental care I can't get it, when I save so that I can pay for it, I can't get it...so you tell me what's going on here..
But most certainly at no stage have I used bad language with reception, and the only thing I have done is been abrupt with reception when I have received less than service from an organization which I assume the $500 I have so far paid, goes toward keeping them all in employment for my dental health (unless of course this is another funded organization that has no duty to anyone) and thus require service from them all in terms of accountability towards my health....you know that is not unreasonable...however it seem's that many in this country feel they owe no duty to anyone when they are being paid very good wages.
And all I have done is insist that for the money they are receiving I get health care and service, I haven't demanded it, you would expect it to be apart of good business practice, but I honesty can't work out what's going on here....
