so just had a moment to play around with the latest mail update, and believe it or not, all the mail's reinstalled all old files and messages...so that actually is something to be totally applauded, sure it was a small bug in the program, but hey I can say without remote assistance the issue was resolved, so I'm incredible pleased with that...and why wouldn't I be...
so that only leaves a shift key to fix and replacing the DVD burner, which shouldn't be too much of a problem, and then I can say the Crack Machine is back to a totally Crankin, state of affairs...
Other than that really the only things that remain to be cleared out of my life, are the dental issue and the job network issue....
Most likely then, time will be set aside for Lipcrack to start pursuing it's own legal claim's against a number of business groups and Government Department's that have done absolutely nothing other than to create a paper trail of inefficiency for Lipcrack while lining the pockets of competitor business groups just because they claim "non-profit status", we believe that is neither fair, not ethical to call yourself a State and not foster the business groups of your community. The fact that their may be competing ideologies does not provide grounds for neglect....and when I see buildings being run into the ground because they have no tenant's and artistic kid's just hanging out on the street's because they've got no where else to pursue their careers without developing a $20000 dollar debt for higher education, and that money not coming back to where it's needed...then I'm going to get annoyed...and I am going to try and do my best to create a solution that is acceptable...but having dirt bags try and extort money out of me, just because they belong to a non profit organization is not the solution I'm going to accept....
as far as being a not for profit organization, if your organization is meant to be providing a service to members of the community and it isn't then your not much better than a person on the Dole who makes no effort to find work...and I can tell you there would be very few of those, because one can not have a family, one can not enjoy life, and one can not survive on the Dole, it is the shittiest, most discriminative legislation currently in operation, to support a bureaucratic system, that would not exist, if all people were working, and being paid their correct wage entitlements for labor supplied.
anyway enough complaining....all things take time...but now it's allocating the right amount of time to the most time consuming of the jobs...
and as far as why I haven't filled out any grant application paperwork recently....it's because every time I've called up the Department of the Art's and told them my situation and asked which they think would be the most appropriate grant to apply for, they don't say anything other than "I'll send you the book"....and sure I can read the book, but there's that many that are so similar....it's just stupid....in fact I don't see why there's a book that even list's what you can and can't apply for and why its even broken into categories...sure it organizes things, but when you have Lipcrack which doesn't quite fit into specified categories...I don't understand why we can't just say, "look this is what we're doing, this is what we hope to develop it into, and this is what we hope to deliver from it...and blah...blah...", the other thing is, that every time we have submitted something to any department, we've seen our creative idea's being ripped off..and I have more than a bunch of print screen's to support how the Department of Work Place Relations have been visiting my site and obviously scrutinizing what's been going on with the Job Network Agencies, and we don't appreciate ineffective Government workers getting paid at our cost...simple as that. ..
and you can go on all you like about the work situation in Australia, however full employment mean's jack shit, if the Government is taking more and giving less, and I consider a Work for the Dole program that takes without giving back award wage rates, sick leave, holiday's, and what ever else the Government gives all it's workers...unethical policy and patting oneself on the back, when they are creating unharmonious situations for others, is not something I want to put up with. nor will...and neither should anyone else... we are making demand's from the Government, we've been making them nicely all our lives, and it is plainly evident, that the current Government and it's current staff, are not nice employer's to work for....and one could say never have been, and when a Government doesn't create nice and effective solutions for all...that's when we want them out....and if not out, we want systems in place that address our working situations faster...
and we want funding to create those situations so that others can work in employment that choose, not just what Government programs the Government shoves down our throats without invitation to address community issues, without negotiation or communication with those members of the community that have been in neglect for years now....
That what I think...

You know what, in actual fact, at the moment the only country that provides services that allow me to develop my business are America 90%, an interstate ISp 2%, and a Chinese software maker 2% and a German Software company 4%......and 2% negotiable....
And here's some more info, people say I should be grateful for what I get well think about this, there's something like 22,000, 000 or twenty two million Australian's, most likely more at the current count, now think about this, I get something like $9000 dollars in Social Security money, in actual fact, that mean's that if 1 Australian donated $1 dollar to my benefit, then only 2200 Australian's are responsible for contributing to the health, welfare, and development of my business. If you looked at it from the point of view that each Australian was contributing to the development of my business, life, welfare, family etc....then each Australian would be contributing .0004545 cents..(not even one fucking cent)..so basically when I say Australia's a shit hole, and personally at the moment, I think it can take a fucking run and jump out of my life....then my thought's are justified....shit...this country can't even provide a suitable business partner or biological mate....because they're either bum's or married, so it's then pretty easy to discriminate against me because I'm not...oh and that's right a menace to society because I'm not.....
you know I think if each Australian is paying a minimum of 8 % tax on minimum wage, and over 30% on average wage, (with less than 10% of the population unemployed) and therefore the Government is making a fucking killing in terms of revenue, then why am I only getting .0004545 cents to develop business in Australia, when in actual fact that money should really only be used for survival because that's all it's really capable of doing, and why am I being forced into Government Schemes to therefore live on less than what would be considered sustainable living, while also trying to run and operate a business...
because the Government is corrupt, and the money is not being distributed to where it's needed, and when it is being distributed it is done so as to cause detriment to others.....and I have no doubt that these are Administration issues, and they are also labor union issues, because labor union's are using there power to get more money for established business people and services while neglecting other's and I also feel once I've put together my legal claim, I will also being including the Union Departments in the claim, because they have also neglected the welfare of Australians.
That's what I think.
