So as it is, went to legal aid yesterday strange thing, you know last time I went to that office was year's ago after I'd come back from Japan after signing a contract from a Queensland Registered Business to work in Japan for three months, as it is, I got worked to death, and after two months when contracts etc changed and informed them I was going to call the police, the contract was dropped and I was left basically stranded in the middle of Japan, with no pay. Payment was due when the contract expired. So basically I worked for two months, was due $5000, and never got it. When I arrived home I went to legal aid, to start proceeding's against the Queensland business. What was strange, was the assistance I received from Legal Aid was basically forget about it because there's nothing that they could do. Now looking back I disagree, and more likely it was because they didn't want to do anything about it. But interesting thing is I don't seem to forget a face, so yesterday when 10:30 came and I was called, I was surprised that it was the same guy that had told me to forget about the Japan thing. I asked his name and was informed , I requested further information and was told Aqualina, I asked are yout related to John Aqualina, he said yes.
Anyway he asked me a number of questions regarding the matter, including if what was written on the paperwork had occurred. I was asked if I earn under $25,000. I was provided with some paperwork with no instructions as I was led to the door, he passed through the door, in fact out of view of the receptionist. I asked what I was supposed to do with the paperwork. He aggressively pointed to the paperwork and myself and I asked him not to use aggressive body mannerisms with me. He stopped and informed me that the paperwork needed to be filled out.
I have no doubt that many of these things relate to what I call "Office Rage", and an inability to relate to others in a pleasant manner in management of day to day business affairs. I have no feelings of trust for that individual.
I also went to the Job Network, where the alleged offence is said to have taken place and took a photo. (I think their office may have changed in the time that I have not been there, but I'd need to take another look, as it appears they've taken down a number of their intimidating notices).

John Aqualina I was informed is currently working in The Commonwealth Ombudsmen's office. I have a formal reference from John which is why I asked.

I also dropped by the Magistrates Courts to ask the Duty Solicitor a number of questions, to determine if this individual would be able to offer assistance with the matter. Whilst the receptionist was responding to my request for information the Duty Solicitor came forward, he informed me that he only works on the day of the case, and mainly in concern with Bail clients.
I gather that this information was not perhaps correctly provided, and I have no doubt that this may be due to the nationality of the Solicitor being perhaps similar to the supposed "Victim"..if you think I am inferring that this matter perhaps is a racial matter, when you would be right.

and as I have just read further on the matter of Duty Solicitor it seems they must be a member of the Law Society's Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme, I have no doubt that these are family members of a race based family.

I also stopped by a local coffee shop where I usually have an ice coffee. I read one of the free street press magazines, and was quite horrified by one of the articles pertaining to Aboriginal people and how they were treated, along with other colonization crimes of disfigurement. I might actually go back for a copy of that magazine, because I feel very much a victim of some form of barbarianism.
Also as my bus went past what I believe is a local parklands, I noticed that there was a sign up giving the park what I believe is an Aboriginal name. I have noticed recently that there's a number of aboriginal people who sleep there. On the sign it said that the park is used by local church school groups for their recreation needs. I was kind of disgusted by that, and have no doubt that it is Church School Groups trying to take claim to public grounds...then again...it's most likely more of European Colonization forcing original land owners from their lands.

Also as I walked from the Bus home, I noticed yet again, a car with a stranger sitting in it, where the Taxi had been sitting. The unusual thing about the taxi, which most people probably wouldn't take as unusual, but the hill's area is not well serviced in terms of taxi services because it is relatively sparsely populated, although it is becoming more so. Taxi's do not like to service the area because it is too far away from their profit base. So in actual fact there's really only one service in the area that local's tend to call and that's the "chauffeured car service"...which again is why the taxi seemed out of place. Also as the area was settled predominately by individuals of white Anglo-Saxon descent it is odd to see what one would consider "Mediterranean"....in the hills.

You know my mother always' taught me to be nice to everyone...however it has become plainly evident over the year's that you can only be nice to people for so long, if they do not show you that same level of respect, then situations will become not nice.
I would consider that things are not nice at the moment and I take offence to bullying and intimidation and threats and harassment by what ever nationality is instigating the offence to me.

I also noticed a Newspaper article which had a photograph of what aboriginal children apparently happy at an outback football match. I consider this kind of propaganderish. You know it would be like me taking a photo of a group of white children cheering at an Aboriginal Ceremony....problem is of course....the Ceremonial Practices of Aboriginals is becoming a dying breed due to a forced allegiance to international race domination and lack of preservation of their own culture.
And of course the Aboriginal mind is still somewhat in a latent state of understanding of what colonization is all about. Let's face it for many, even white Australian's, European domination through take over of business resources is changing the face of racial relations.

You want to know something.....a black African is more likely to be taught the English language than an Aboriginal in this country.

and you know why ?? Because they have more access to local services and housing than local aboriginals.

And you know why ? Because Black African's immigrants are being provided with housing, whereas many of the Aboriginals are of no fixed abode, so they can't even claim social service benefits so that they can pay rent...and then in most cases no one will rent to Aboriginals,

On one side of the city, they're sleeping in the parklands, and on the other side of the city, they're sleeping in the parklands next to the cemetery, and have made a housing shelter at the public toilets that were built there, so I have no doubt that sooner or later the young children and babies they have there will die of dysentery...

You know I wasn't given a legal aid charges document with the paperwork, which I gather is supposed to be supplied and provides details of the cost that you get charged for specific work they do for you.

So ended up calling the Solicitors instead, the legal aid paperwork looks a little suspect and his thankfully prepared me for the initial stage...so following that I'll have to look at what comes next....so at the moment...not a lot I can do really but wait for the first court date.

Well a few things out the way today, some work commitments, some job hunting commitments and some just getting things back to where they were before the crash. Interestingly I didn't think I was going to be able to find that Japanese program again...that one I just stumbled upon, but yay...I have relocated it. In the meantime, this evening just going back over bookmarks that are not cataloged, and I think by the end of this weekend, in amongst everything, well things should be back to where they were before the crash.....I tell you it's been a huge hassle...but when I started reconnecting with some of the models I want to get animating with...well I start feeling happy again....of course there's still the Burner to purchase...which is actually big money for me, in terms of cash outlay for equipment....but that's life, and regardless of the fact that I don't want to buy it...I actually have to for testing ...so yeah....better get going...to bed that is....lot's of early starts at the moment...
