Would you believe there's been a power failure most of the evening after a huge thunder storm passed through ?? So I've been burning candles and playing acoustic guitar, while sipping coffee from the gas cooker....makes for an exceptional night in until I trod on the slug in the kitchen with no shoes on...that was kind of icci...because I've never actually killed one before, but tonight well as you can imagine, with no light, he kind of got the brunt of my front toes.....yes we do get the occasional slug....most times I just avoid them...I guess you'd could call us deep forest...but it's more like semi arid scrub at the moment, save for the storm today..
Anyway, now I'm going to do what I planned to do at about 9:00 tonight and watch a movie...then I guess tomorrow, after a sleep and a breather it's back to work.
