So anyway, as they don't supply the Business and Professional Items tax pack info book at the news agency, I made a call yesterday to the tax office to request for them to send it out, and in the meantime, sitting here and going through things, as per usual and will complete what I can with the Tax Pack provided at the News agencies.

Called Centerlink to rebook, informed I would need to contact Wesley Group, informed them that last time I did this, was informed that the could not reschedule the appointment, and that it had to be done through the Centerlink Office. Informed then that I need to speak to the participation group to reschedule appointment in Centerlink office. Transferred and let them know why I could not attend appointment, due to tax paperwork requested by Centerlink office, (now prior to Tax office requirements dates), Informed I would need to contact Wesley Uniting Group to do this, so called them and told them of my reason, they said I would need to contact Centerlink to change appointment, so called them back. Did so, and was informed that the appointment could not be rescheduled after the 31st Oct, as the system that both the Centerlink reps use, and the Wesley group for booking appointments, won't allow her to do so.
Told a number of other facts regarding the Name of the Wesley Group including trading name, however when I re contacted Department of Work Place Relations to complain on 1800 805 260 was given a different name for the organization, some of the letters were incorrect e.g. UCPAA was the original name, however it is not this, further investigation will determine the business name.
Job Network Member = SYC (Job Prospects) Service to Youth Council.
Activity Agreement signed with this organization.
Community Work Co-coordinator = Wesley Uniting Church Group. Organization that organizes Work for the Dole programs.
Anyway, basically annoyed because appointment is not to be rescheduled at an appointment time that is flexible in terms of current paper work requests.
Appointment is reschedule for this Friday.
Complaint to Department of Work Place Relations was unhelpful other than the usual
"Write to your local Minister".
Requested information on why I have not received any paperwork regarding the imposition of the current two breaches, or paper work regarding appointment times booked with the Wesley Uniting Group.....it seem's as though someone is deliberately preventing the paper work from being made available.
Anyway Friday's a few day's away, and I guess after the final breach, I can start looking at in in terms of Racketeering and fraud, which doesn't begin to cover the amount of crime's that are being committed in this matter, along with a clear disregard for equity, along with the terminology of the contract and it's legitimacy in term's if enforcement.

Well winding it down for the day, just had a shower, and considering all the rather interesting but probably boring for some, likely case scenarios of the next few weeks.
You know I think the thing that interests me most about today's discussions with various departmental people, is the total lack of knowledge about the time it takes to prepare a tax return with a profit and loss statement. Of course a lot of it, could be just transferring numbers from last year, and putting them in the same boxes as this years, but it's not actually that simple, and considering the tax pack changes every year, you can't not read it. The other interesting thing about it, is when you know how it should be filled out, and you come across one where the figures aren't quite how they should be, well then you know you can start asking questions.....and I don't doubt I'll be looking at a few company reports over the next few weeks.
So that's all....time to call it a day.
