So pretty much as I expected, turned up to the Centerlink office and am informed of a second breach, given a number to call and told them why I had not signed the activity agreement, re : meeting employers first, and attending site premises. They were of the impression I could probably do this, however they contacted the Wesley group, I believe to confirm this and they were informed this was not the case, and the documents needed to be signed first.
Informed them that the contract states that it is to be negotiated and this is one of my requirements, asked if contract is to be negotiated, then what areas of the contract are negotiable, informed I would need to ask the Work for the Dole provider.
Have been booked in for a third meeting on Wednesday, but due to tax paper work requirements, do not believe I will be able to attend this. Will need to call. Informed by the operator that, when I take the form back to the desk, will need to provide my review documents for this weeks form to be processed . Inform them at the desk, that the documents stated 21 day's although I do have them with me completed except for tax profit and loss statement. Told I will need to sit down and see someone, I take a seat and wait and at that stage take another look at the review document and notice that it's issue date was September the 13th. But if you recall, well I mentioned about two week's ago max, that I'd received some additional paperwork and it was this gear. So you know I kind of figure that someone ran them off on the 13th or a couple of day's prior to Sept the 13th and sent them a couple of weeks later, because no bullshit, I received them two week's ago maximum However kind of interesting that if I'd gone to the dole office on Friday the 13th this would all have occurred on that day...anyone think it was a set up ??
Pretty shitty one if it was.
Anyway I now have an appointment with Wesley Uniting care that needs to be changed from Wednesday, to a later date, I have an extension until Oct 24th to get the final activity statement in, and when I hand the next dole form in Friday Oct 27th I need to hand in a copy of my profit and loss statement along with additional review documents.
So as you can gather a lot to be done.
But fact is, the Social Security office is not getting the additional review paperwork from me if they impose the final breach, you know you don't get paper work if you're not paying money, the tax man well that's a different story......besides its quite obvious they're trying to gauge how much cash I have in the bank, on hand and in policies, perhaps to determine, what I have if I decide to pursue legal action....who know's ??
Anyway with that said, I better update the site and get some tax paperwork done.

I hate reading this book, every fucking year man.....Tax Pack 2006...Tax Pack yeah it really makes me sick. ...Tax pack.
This year its particularly geared thus far, to the retiring wealthy and the new baby boomers.....Breed for us, and we'll make it worth your while...besides when we all hit over 60 were going to need them as career's so someone can change our dippers...
and I actually have by law till the 31st of October to complete this so actually everyone who is harassing me can eat me...dicktards...
Oh yeah, and we can see who is getting free money from the Government or at least establishing dubious way's of getting tax exempt income.
e.g. Farm household support payments that have been coverted to a grant.
Nothing like the land holders giving each other a pat on the back for Jack.
Would you wipe my ass for money ??

However these are the realities of life, and I am getting close to calling it a day and will get back to this tomorrow..or at least after some food.
