Lipcrack Annual Report

Our site visits have been going down since we took time out in July, no question about it, you stop major advertising,
you are going to take a loss, simple as that. What did our on the ground efforts achieve, well we met a bucket load of
cool people, saw some eye inspiring sights and hopefully if anyone enjoyed the efforts of the CD's we put together while
on the road, they're getting some play either in homes or shops...of course we're sad we couldn't get one to everyone, but we did the best we could with what we had...I wonder if I've already said that ??....hopefully what we did achieve in the event that some are being played... tapping into an Audience that might not have found us otherwise...so we appreciate them if they're still there for us...

I know a couple of things happened on the road, that really hit me negatively, and I'm trying to get over them...and I think it's working...you know grudges are hard to keep when you know how many beautiful people there are in the world...and I guess its just best that we keep ourselves to them...and hopefully them to us ?? Does that make sense ?? So with that said...I am trying to drop things that affect me negatively and just keep moving on..which isn't really what I've been doing since I've been back....I've actually been getting rapt up in it again...but you know when you stumble on those few positive experiences around you, it's best to keep that energy with you...which I think I'm back to....although...I will say it again...because it's not something I'm just going to get over in one, two or two weeks...and it's the death of my cat...well actually mums cat originally but she got turfed out when I bought another one home...so funny enough a cat that wasn't my favorite...became my favorite as she grew older...does that make sense...anyway I don't think the cat is the issue at hand..

What is....an overview of Lipcrack for those that like us now....for those who want to see how badly were doing and for those that might be interested in our business as a future investment.

Since our move to a web server located in the Mid-West United States February 2005 we've had 71,000 successful server requests from over 3000 different host servers.

Our total data requested has only been about 2.1 Gig...which personally to me, is way to low...we'd much rather have heaps of songs downloaded, but that obviously isn't the only service we provide to our visitors. In the last seven day's we've had about 71MB of transfer again, kind of low, given what you could expect these huge Music Download sites to be doing in bandwidth...but currently we're only promoting Lipcrack...and this was something I'd hoped over time to change either through new band promotions or email marketing of business to business, a market we believe is an important market for future consideration.

Our monthly reports have taken a huge battering since July when we left for overseas. Our results dropped somewhere
to the level's of April with

July 10,823 requests and 1,498 pages requested.
August 6,476 requests and 1,179 pages requested

Which really when you compare it to our high in June is only a loss of 715 page requests but about 10,000 server requests lower. Which equates to less hits but perhaps a viewing audience more interested in what's available at the site. So all is not lost. September again, more loss in site visitor's, but really I'm not expecting this to pick up untiltotal dedication to the task at hand can commence again, I'm aiming for an October start, mainly due to a number of small business issues that need to be resolved with regards to taxation, restructuring and business infrastructure.

(Don't we sound so technical).

There is significant interest in most divisions of our business as per a breakdown of particular sections of site visits,
and this has been taken into account when determining whether to push on with our original business plan
and objectives or whether to sell off a division for investment back into other operations.
At this stage, as mentioned previously...Lipcrack will stick with the stress and see what eventuates down the track.
This should be reassessed at the next tax return.

Although we are sticking steady to 67% percent of bytes attributed to file size over 100kb to 10MB, we have serious issues of concern which are on the priority list for before October re : Takeoff.

We attribute this issue of concern to a significant number of requests to the site, not being able to download the initial page or moving to another page before download is completed. (perhaps mechanisms interfering with downloading of pages?? is redesign inevitable).

Our MP3 Downloads now accounts for 50% of our file types accessed with jpg's coming in at 18%. See it just
goes to show...beauty don't last forever..well not on the outside anyway.

Interestingly we've had 92 exe downloads and we're having difficulty working out if that's due to Robby the Robot
or our Tool Bar...we'd prefer it was the tool bar, but then we'd have to question why it's not showing up on the tool bar site as active users....personally I think we could be being swindled by them..However this is another
Issue of Concern to be resolved.

Where we think we're letting the Lipcrack site and site visitors down.

1. Not updating the ebook library quick enough, in fact all effort has stopped, but again it's only temporary.
2. Not leaving our holiday shot's and new sights up online long enough, but the plan is to have a separate page with
Thumbnails for this.
3. Not having on air time on underground Lipcrack T.V. for new guests....we'd actually like this, but finding people
crazy enough is not as easy as it seems, and plus my cat died, and she really was the star of the show.
4. Not being as humerous as we use to be and visually as far as email out's go these day's being rather bland, but really this is due to the download time of images and lets face it most people have some type of guard on their computer these day's so what's the point ??

Of course there are so many area's for improvement, including me not losing my temper anymore, restructuring the business so that Volunteers that were interested could help out without feeling exploited, and by volunteer I mean a person of their own free will that is interested in putting time into developing the business proposition.

And well all I can say with that said...is, here is to new friends, new collaborators, new faces and those with a genuine interest in seeing Lipcrack develop, we thank you and hope you will continue to recognize us as one of the more interesting acts in entertainment to have developed out of Australia.

In conclusion I've been going over the tax records for the last three years with a fine tooth comb, and we are
currently preparing an amendment to taxes...no we haven't gone out to defraud the tax department, but it seem's they
were not going to tell us that we'd added our depreciating expenses into our general expenses, so that's
blown all the figures out.

Another point of interest is that we've been deferring business losses, when in actual fact, other than to get a good handle on operation expenses, this was not a requirement, although for tax purposes it is
currently under assessment .

We will provide more details later. Although given that we are intending to take stock out into the market place this summer we are hoping to see an improvement in business income. So that's it...Lipcrack in a nutshell....for those who dare to understand how the Crack effects us... ...

Peace be with you .and don't forget...we don't smoke crack....but we sure wish we could afford too..
