Well that's it...just made a call to the tax office...need to get one last piece of paperwork and my tax will be ready to post in next week some time. Paid off most outstanding debts for the trip, deleted any last remove emails from e-mail lists, tried to track down the missing lighters, charging my car battery which has gone flat....and that only leaves resubmitting the IRS paperwork and getting signed up with Centerlink and the Job Network. ..
So....now that's all out the way....going to have a sleep and first thing tomorrow, or should I say when I wake up, is check out downloading from the Cam/Camera...should be fun....
Other than that...going to get a lot more proactive about issues that are just ridiculous at the moment....do you realize in less than 41 days or however many day's I've been away petrol prices have risen over 18 cents, not to mention when I was checking out info for Superannuation Co-Contributions by the Government...they will match your contribution for super if you're under a certain tax threshold which I am actually under...but even if I put money into it...they won't match it because I'm not employed, and the same applies for if I was working on a work for the dole program, even though I would be getting a form of wage....mind you not classified as an Employee, but still working....even if I contributed to my Superanuation...the Government will not contribute to my super fund...but anyone else who has a job can claim a contribution....Now when I arrived home I had the misfortune of reading the local paper headlines...John Howard stating that the current economy is a good economy...you want to know what I personally think...well I don't think you do...because there's no polite way to put what I think....other than to say these are horrendous lies spelling government corruption of the highest form.. Death to the elitist that create social inequality at the cost of poverty to the rest of us, and if not death then removal from Parliament.
