1:41a - Put It On The Agenda
So ..without re accounting some of this week's events, it's time to look forward, what I call "Progressive Planning". Similar in conception to the one step forward two step's backward phrase, "progressive planning" fits the two steps forward one step back category. How is that possible you ask?? We all know that taking a step forward causes more problems than it's worth so most tend to prefer to sit on the fence and watch others do it. So before we go any further you have to ask yourself, am I a fence sitter, or a fence builder, because it doesn't take genius to work out that the fence builder will go further than the fence sitter. So your either with me or not with me on this one. What am I taking about...again...progressive planning ...or another term...forward planning. So the next question is...how many of you have plan's to take you forward, but you end up getting lost in the ever increasing amounts of tasks that take you to get there??...in fact ...in some cases you end up running around and around in circles getting no where right ?? Confused ?? Gee I'm good at that...so let's straighten things out for Lipcrack this week....

1. We seem to have scored ourselves a faulty hard drive on the laptop...yes it's been replace, and we now have access to all our gig...whippie..So no further discussion on this.

Lipcrack Web cam T. V. returned for a late night session, which depending on how thing's go will continue to run. We know that there's some people out there that would prefer that we didn't snap up all their likely advertising profits, but when you only advertise Channel 10 News, Mitsubishi , Virgin and Pepsi Add's...well that leaves a hell of a lot of business, people and companies that can rely on Lipcrack to put them in some rather odd advertising situations. And we love it.

Yes...the annoying little bell will drive you crazy...so yes you probably will roster those tasks for a few day's longer than you should....but sooner or later...your going to realize...that if you don't do it...your wasting everyone else's time and your own, and you'll fell 100% better, when you see that list being replaced with more interesting tasks...
What did Lipcrack manage to achieve this week using this piece of software
1. We've analyzed our competitors costing on e-mail promotions and are currently putting our own pricing schedule together.
2. We've downloaded and are testing three new software items that will improve our efficiency as a business in Stock Control, Customer Requests implementation and to top it off, a Time Control mechanism for Job Costing's.
Yes, were happy, and you should be too because we've just given you the tip on how we did it, using this efficient but inexpensive software program.
