Hurray ....Hurray....Hurray....I don't believe it....but I've just finished preparing the Taxation documents for this year's tax return after numerous annoying phone call's back and forward to the tax department, so despite the fact that it was a total nightmare to do, I'm damn happy that its over. It's effectively only the second year Lipcrack have been in business as a completely registered business, and with most things it take's a little while to get things running smoothly, but as a part of doing it I've put together the first Stock take. I've also as a part of tying to keep it together, put together a small Net Worth schedule. At the moment, it's still a little messy for me, because as I pointed out to an individual (yes this nameless person), from what I worked through with all the taxation law's, and I probably haven't touched on half of them , it seem's that the more confusing they make it, the more deductions you'll miss out on, mind you at the same time the more rules they make, the more way's they avoid paying their own taxes...rather an ingenious set up don't you think ?? Anyway at the moment, to keep Lipcrack safe from the Beastliness.....we'll there's a contingency plan on the back burner. Which like I'm always' saying....."You've Got To Have Back-Up".
So despite the fact that the paper work is becoming more manageable, later this week I'm going to give it the once more over, just to make sure , and then yes...software Freak that I am...buying a copy of the Quicken Home and Business Software, just to make sure that it's super - duper efficient...isn't that so girly...what I'm really pleased about, along with many of the bonus features of the pack, it also allow's us to run off our own invoices , so yes, no one will be able to complain about our receipts...so there...Snot Heads.
It's not actually the major business purchase I'm looking at but here's a hint for those that don't know...it will accompany it.
