American Home Shield is the biggest fucking piece of shit insurance I've eve dealt with in my life. As if surviving winter without heat for two entire god damn months wasn't enough I think the A.C. situation is going to send me over the edge. I was supposed to have someone sent out to me Wednesday between 10 and 2. I sat at home the entire day and finally at 3 called the A.C. company who told me they no longer knew what time they were coming.
"Will it be an hour or like 4 hours?"
"ummm I don't know"
"I know it's just I've been at my house all day"
"Yeah we don't really know when they'll get out there... let me see if I can track where he is.. um, yeah I don't really know"
"Okay well I have somewhere to be at 6 and it sounds to me like you aren't sending anybody out soon. Would it be easier if I just rescheduled for Friday morning at 8am?"
"Um yeah we'll get to you first, we'll be there between 8am and 12pm"
So it's Friday and I set my alarm at 8am and what do you know it's 12:20 and I haven't so much heard from the A.C. company. Tanya called and literally flipped out on them. The woman got so frustrated with my mom she hung up the phone - but seriously? two entire fucking days I've just wasted sitting here for them to come. They're so rude they don't even call to say if they're running late, because they don't even know what time they'll get there.
I don't understand how as a DISPATCHER you can neither locate your workers or give proper time frames of when they'll arrive for the job.
