Insignificant random reports from my day
Nancy is such a good study partner *smiles* I think I am ready for this test. Hah. I know I'm ready for bed! I've kind of been feeling like I might be getting sick (scratchy throat, extreme fatigue, shivers, and red cheeks) . . . but I think (I HOPE!) it's just the extreme temperature changes outside and inside the building. Tomorrow will be the day of reckoning . . .
I did a drawing today in the bathroom of the art annex. I needed a good-sized mirror, so, well, I dragged an easel in there. It's kind of an interesting space—with some interior decorating, I bet that bathroom would even make a nice apartment. Haha. I was marvelling today how much I've learned within just over two years . . . I went into this art major having never used charcoal before (just charcoal pencils), not knowing a thing . . . and now I'm NOT pro, but I am copying techniques from master artists and learning tricks and developing my own style. It's exciting, even though I generally don't enjoy the process. Does that even make sense? I would rather almost do any of my other subjects before my drawing . . . aye.
Time for some shut-eye, popeye. There is some homemade whoopi pie around . . . *salivates*
