Lollapalooza 2004, the traveling, two-day rock festival that was to have begun its tour July 14 and 15 at White River Amphitheatre in Auburn, has been canceled.
The festival's Web site, www.lollapalooza.com, posted a notice yesterday morning that the entire tour had been canceled due to poor ticket sales. The notice blamed "the weak economic state of this year's summer touring season."
Lollapalooza began in 1991 and was a successful yearly tour through 1997, when founder Perry Farrell halted it to pursue other interests. It was resumed last year after a five-year hiatus.
This year's tour was to have starred Morrissey, Sonic Youth, the String Cheese Incident and the Flaming Lips.

Hey, I'm new and just wanted to say "HI!" I've decided to socialize because I love Le Tigre sooo much and I have no friends on blurty(seriously). So feel free to add me, any Le Tigre fan is cool in my book. En Guard is the best song ever written. It has an affect on me like no song I've ever listened to. If any of you ever have a chance to see Le Tigre live, do not pass it up!!!! They are awesome live, it was like a full blown dance party when I saw them. SOOOO fun.

hi my name is Lina and I love everything le tigre and bikini kill...especially kathleen hanna. i am interested in everything she does and writes and the whole riot grrl movement. I have been a bikini kill fan since the beginning of 02 and have been listening a lot to le tigre in the past few months and have fallen in love with them. my favorite songs are

Hi, everyone.
I'm new here, and I guess you could say I'm pretty new to Le Tigre. I'm really into chick music, and I heard about this allegedly-excellent band called Le Tigre, so I downloaded some stuff, and I really like it. I mean, I reallllly like it.
However, anyone have any suggestions as to what other songs I should get?
What I guess I'm asking is: What is everyone's favourite song?
