i don't really know how to make my own layout.. so if someone could please help me, it'd be great. <333
font / size: tahoma / 10
font colors [links, main text, header, etc.]: black
position of textbox: left
background image / background color: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y210/redkiss46/foryou.gif
position of background image [left, right, center, top]: center
comment link text: i did it ♥ for you
scrollbar colors: black, white, light blue, orange.. whatever matches the background
cursor type [crosshair, move, auto, default, help, wait, pointer, etc.]: crosshair
that's all i've got.. i don't think i needed to add anything else, but if you want to add something to it that'll make it look perty please do!!

I'm not too fussy, I'm just new and want a decent layout for now.
Request form:
Text box left, centre or right? Right
Colours? Lime green (borders, top, navigation background) hot pink (text, headings) black (links) white (background, text box background)
Comment links? (#) are dancing with the moon // Learn to fly
Text colours? Hot pink, black links
Background? White
Other? Can the top please say "Talk to me, Dance with me" In green, looking pretty? yeah.
Mood of layout? I don't know .. light?
