well, it saturday. i havnt updated in awhile. im going to skip the boring days and go right to the good stuff. lets start with oh-lovely friday. well, i woke up rather early because i was rather excited. i was going to be leaving for ***disney world*** with my 6 bestest friends in the whole wide world for shawnies sweet 16. everything was going great until it began to effin snow. alrite well my awesome mom (and im not being sarcastic for once.)comes to school @ 3 to drop off the girls and i some food for our trip. well, the limo we were supposed to take to get to the airport had not arrived so we all piled in my moms car and listened to xmas music while waiting for the lovely limo. the snow had most definately begun to fall quite hard and there was about 2-3 inches on the ground. well we're waiting and we get a call from shawns parents that they were stranded in port washington. it was 3:15. they left port washington at 12:30. they moved about a mile in 3 hours. okay so we start to panic a little. we also couldnt find katrinas momma - she was supposed to take our school stuff. turns out, her dad was sitting in the school parking lot for quite a long time. hm, finally, we find katrinis mom. we get another call from the grygos saying that the limo wasnt coming? i dont even know it was such a catastrophe. i had a feeling we werent going to florida, so i suggested we put on our bathing suits and pretend. that didnt go over well. hm, anyway, after a billion plan changes, the stupid limo gets there @ like 345. but no, we do not quickly get in the limo and drive away. the driver had to PEE. so, kind stephanie offers to take her to the mercy bathroom where she stays there for about 20 effin minutes. so, not its like 410, and our flight was 530, and we still hadda pick up shawns parentals because they were stranded in port washington. after a very slow moving, and i mean slow moving 2 hour limo drive, and after about 20983091283831 are we there yets from me, we get to port washington (hooraaaaay) where we think we will be on our way to the airport and be landing in disney just a few hours off schedule. HA, i wish. good ole' la guardia decides to close. yes, the airport closed. no flights were landing or taking off. i laughed hysterically. shawnie almost cried. the rest of us were okay because we thought we would just leave saturday. hey no problem, we'l stay over monday. so we go back to shawns house and turn on the news where we sadly see the weather forcast for saturday: BLIZZARD. what an awesome effin day. i must say tho, that despite our unlucky misfortune, i had a blast with my friends.<3. we played in the snow, watched some good old movies, and ate like mother fuckers. i love my friends.
p.s. our disney trip has been rescheduled to march.
