We have decided that the "official" move date will be this Saturday.. September 20th.
That gives us time to set up our character's journals, icons, etc.
I'm asking that people respond with the journals that they'll be using for this RPG over on the new site, so we can compile a list and I can make sure everyone's got posting access, etc, and we can have our friends lists all set up.
Another thing we've got to do.. ADVERTISE! If we get more members, we'll have even more people to RP with.. yay!!

I've set up the main page at the new journal site:

I've set up a few journals under your current user names.. if I have the password, the email will be listed as 'knockturnalley@Phreaker.net', which is our new mod email.. email me or IM me for the password. If I didn't reserve it, either your current username was taken, or I thought you might want a different name, or.. I simply flaked.
Once you have your new account set up, etc.. pls join the communities.. I'm leaving the membership open for now.. if you're using a different username, please comment to THIS POST so I know not to delete it.
As far as the old journals go, Courtney and I have discussed it.. we figure you can either make a time line for your character, or simply link to your old journal. Again, it's up to you.
Reminder.. the new community main page is set up, but the userinfo, rules, etc haven't been transferred over. To avoid confusion, I would prefer we play here until the journals are completely set up and ready to roll.. I think it would make the transition easier so we wouldn't have to keep checking both sites for updates.
Benefits of the new site:
- 1000 user icons!
- 1000 friends!
- Faster (or so they say) servers!
- No need for a mod account!
- Easier community management!
Since we have so many icon slots available to us, I'm sure ya'll will want s'more icons :) Let me know if you want help, I'm sure I'm not the only one.. I don't want to volunteer anyone else's services, but.. Anyhow..
Go ahead and start setting up your journals.. eventually we will compile a list of everyone's user name for people's friends lists!

Ok, I shall be updated the Player Roster again soon.. but since I'm going away for the weekend I'll figure that I can post this now and give you guys time to respond..
Since the Free User accounts have a limit of ten friends, I would hope that at least these three are on there:
 knockturnalley -- The Main Community.. used for owls, announcements, and IM/Chat logs
hogwarts_realm -- The OOC Community.. used for OOC announcements, comments, and the like
kamaintainers -- Our Mod account.. used for general game announcements and House Point Updates
Also, back to that Player Roster thing.. please respond to THIS POST with..
1 - Name
2 - Game Journal(s)
3 - AIM screen name you use most often for gaming
4 - The email address you use most often (if you want.. just for my purposes or we can create a mailing thingie)
I shall assume that if this is not answered by next Saturday (06 September) then you are no longer interested in the game and want to be removed from the communities.
