    about friggin time
so in the past 6 months i've created a band with the help of the Bailey Bros (Pr0j3k7 258),remixed a local industrial band (cyanotic), remixed NIN's only (a dream to remix Trent, now all i have to do is be produced by him and remixed by him and i can die accomplished), recorded in a track with a noize musician and gotten married. WOOO.

    the Great Cyanotic Adventure
I ran over to the Bailey household, only to find they couldn’t bring their dad’s truck (which was my WHOLE HOPE of not having to drive back and forth from Hobart to Midlothian Ill). so the ‘Venger was elected as mode of transporation. we changed my slow leaker (Gene was rather quick with a tire iron and floor jack), and off we went to Illinois in search of Barb-E-Q’d products and fine home grown industrial. traffic was horrendous because of it being a Sunday and all. stop off in Markham’s fine liquor store to realize, hey, we’re the wrong color for this neighborhood (this establishment did have tequila right next to the baby diapers though. no lie.) drive off as the popo are talking to a fellow in an Esqulade, back on our course to Jan’s dwelling.

Fun Fact: A number of Midloathian streets start with the letter, K!

so we get to his house, unsure of it’s his. once the band pulls in (their singer, Sean, in a shirt of an obscure industrial band with a logo is a ripoff of Voltron’s Tigers). Ah yes, Nerds. Our People. Our turkey was the first meat product offered, and after great deliberation and general lazyness , a booze run was made, again with the Venger, Sean (the singer of Cyanotic),another fellow, and me to the sound of Gangsta Rap, we were off and back in no time. A real, bonafide DeLorean owner came to the party IN A DELOREAN! Mega Nerd Cool Points. Gene and Rob struck up conversations, while I somehow correlated how some of our role models were pedophiles (hey, whenever I think of Allen Ginsberg or the phone phreak Captain Crunch, pedaphilsm comes to mind). The band performed great, eventhough a garage isn’t their normal performaning ground for shows. Transhuman, was played a couple times, was greater with every time. no rust on them rivetheads. after everyone was drunk and full, interviewing began! Let me tell u, Sean and Drew from Cyanotic are hilarious, sober or drunk, (one of my fav parts was when I asked Drew about his equipment and he says, “I’ve got a Dimebag Darrell Flying V” and the whole group and other well wishers LAUGHS because he really have a Roland guitar he’s mod’d. N3RDK0RE!). I screwed up a couple times, and unfornately, the mp3 will prolly have Family Guy in the background when I tried to have no ambient noise by having it done inside. Then jan was up after the MP3 took a half hour to compress (it was a half hour interview), And for all of u who think Jan (AKA Defektiv Unit off SK) is a dick, I will tell u, from this BBQ, he is actually a nice guy, he just appears dickish on his journal at times. he was smart, a lil witty, and even answered some of my questions before I asked them in previous questions. then there was the the mini-rack. my god, I have no clue how this god to midloathian, but it would not fit in the guitarist’s (whose name eludes me, but man he was cool) car, nor in Sean’s wife’s car (again, her name eludes me). so Rob volunteered the ‘venger once more. this became basically Tetris. moving a box that can barely occupy a space if it can, it must be stragedicly placed. then we ran off towards Indiana, stopping in Hammond only to realize, hey, we’re in Hammond, no booze here yet, and running back to Illinois to Minka’s liquor store (the goose chase was for some store called Goosey’s Liquor store that a white hen customer directed us to but Minka’s popped right out. plus they gave us free plastic cups with our cheap vodka). go down a city street that connect Indiana and Illinois (Ridge Road). this whole time, Gene, is dead asleep in my back seat, contorsionly arranged, not even responding to Jerk-When Pure is Defiled played loudly. of course, my right side vision is basically gone. Somehow, the idea to drop the bailey bros at their house comes to mind. And thus my band members ditched me. And I was fucking pissed. even later when I finally got home I was pissed. so a long drive to a White Castle that’s in a gas station, a lot of country interstating, we came to Casa De Payne (the singer’s house). it’s ina building that used to be a highschool but now is an apartment complex. Rooms had Terminator and Predator/Aliens stuff all over, keeping the theme, “hey, a Nerd lives here. And He’s Damn Proud to Be One”. talked for hours about music. again, the band was funny, and very intelligent. this was definitely not a band of that doesn’t know their heritage. you can tell they’ve studied Industrial Music History 101. collapsed on their floor, then woke up, watched Seed of Chucky, and eventually made my great trek back to Hobart. Luckily I had exactly the change for the toll road. Collapsed again, then started writing this.

was still very pissed about this whole ditching thing, but out of all those 20 people that were at the BBQ, I was the only one to collapse on Cyanotic’s floor. Proud of that respect. I can say, Oh, Cyanotic, I spent a whole damn night with them and crashed at their pad! and I even can say, I had their rack in my car.

Rob called me just a while ago, wanting his digital camera (which is prolly in south bend at Sean’s place), apologizing and so forth. there was some strong moments after the whole episode with them going home where I was very much saying, “you know, when I’m a solo project, I never ever have to worry about being ditched by band mates.” cuz somehow, I knew I was going to get stuck with this. ah well. it happens.

Cyanotic I think invigorated the band to say, money wont make you sound really killer (their whole set up was rather minimal. very well thought out). and that Indiana can produce killer industrial bands. new pep to the every growing Pr0j3k7 258 Juggernaut of A Squareness.

    it's been awhile...yet again
well my book finally came out, Soliloquies and Letters. you can get it from my publisher at a lil discount @ their site http://www.publishamerica.com and search for Will Klemm.

the radio show hasn't gone as well as i'd like. Last show, i got a whopping 3 listeners. WHOLE not at one time. alot of the time there were none. (playlist below). i really just played with the playlist in the beginning but then again, Sunday nights are crappy but it's the only night i know i have free. now with this industrial project (this time with musicians, the Bailey brothers, Rob and Gene, that actually want to get things done), i will have more of what i've been wanting. Which is a band that can help free some of the burden a solo artist must go through (what the hell am i saying? solo artist's burden? i do almost nothing! lol). the settlement check of doom has yet to come. once it does, new computer, new synth (a Korg Microsynth/vocoder! and a analog synth). The Evil Crap Top is working nicely for sampling noises (i spent the weekend sampling 55 gallon drums cut in 1/3 and beaten with different percussionary sticks). as far as i know, this project, i'm going to be co-writing with Gene, and maybe doing some synth and loops. and perhaps drum programming.

    I'm a pro. Offically.
I got a evenlope from Publish America (it was sent to my dads so it was a lil late). They are still publishing my book, and now, I am "offically" a professional poet. I got my advance fee (a measely dollar). i should be gettign the proofs from them soon so the book should perhaps be out in a couple of months if all goes well. When it comes out, Richard Dean (local horror author) and i have discussed doing a lil book tour or something along those lines. Cuz for the next 7 years, Publish America will have our book out. It's our jobs then to sell as many copies as possible.

there's still a show scheduled for tonight. So plz, come and check out my Leftovers. There's gold in it, with remixes, rarities, imports, and others.

the devil asked me for supper and said, "careful with the spoons!" and POEM!
Saw The Village last night with Lacey…it reminded me very slightly of 13th Warrior, but in a weird way…but it was slightly predictable to me. The monsters really being humans (that’s what reminded me of 13 Warrior) from the village to scare the children from ever leaving. And the fact that Ivy was going to see a car when she crossed the wall, in my head I was like, oh wouldn’t it be neat if they run into modern time ppl. Ran around Walmart to get sliced cheese and poptarts…

I was thinking of this whole wedding Rivet angel is having in June…it would be odd not only cuz it’s in one of those Faire things, but cuz some ppl I only know by their sn, so would we call each other by our sns or by our given names or combo of both?

Also, I have posted a remix of a song that’s on my first demo cd, Demo (klemmy mx2). It’s an experiment I tried with Dust (my bro), him and I picked the first couple loops then I left the room and he threw down some loops he wanted. Then I remixed it. The first mix isn’t the greatest, but the remix is stronger. it's here@http://www.soundclick.com/bands/3/klemmyandthegoombotmusic.htm

Gonna be reading at the bookstore tonight. Wish me luck cuz I have no idea what to read, have one poem to theme in my head (twinkies, ding dongs, hohos and hostess bread being the theme tonight) (edit) it's at the bottom here now)…Monday I printed out 16 pages of poems (back to back, so in reality it’s like 30 poems )from 7-26 to last week…Peggy read all of them and most of my previous work (though she cried on the previous stuff of sadness and happiness)….still talks to me and lets me date her daughter so I guess she doesn’t think less of me…

    9-30-04
    Poem for theme 9-30-04

    Ah Mr. Twinkie
    you know i want you

We'll play emotional scrabble and a remixed poem!
Saturday night's concert was great. DJ Harrel is playing as Darius J (wasn't Darius the name of a guy in Hootie and the Blowfish?), did Counting Crow's Colorblind and basically a bunch of covers and one original. Jeremy told us about some guy is playing his songs saying he wrote them, so he's releasing a new album next week so counter. Only 250 will be made and it will sell for a buck. I'm having him save me one so i can help promote him. Everly Lane came up and were well basically just like Jeremy, comic oriented but more of a cover band. They broke one of their strings during their version of Weezer's Sweater. and no one would come up to the plate to help them borrow a guitar. i mean come on, DJ had TWO, Jeremy had one. But oh well.

Danny visited me this afternoon and i got the last two discs of FF:Unlimited (COOLNESS!!!). plus Peggy and Lacey bought me Resevoir Dogs on DVD...part of me wishes i would have went with either the Killers' album or the new Chevelle (though This Kind Of Thinking (Could Do Us In)is more hard core than Wonder What's Next? was, it sounded pretty cool).... but i still enjoyed resevoir dogs cuz i like Tarentino films, always have great soundtracks and interesting dialogue (just like Kevin Smith has great dialogue). He’s supposed to come over later, and hopefully, he does so…

Apollyon Gabriel, my very good friend on SK, wrote a poem Denial (which later became a song). He told me it would be ok if I took a stab at making my own edit of it…my version is more focused as if to a girl or loved one, whereas his was a bit more open. …and also because of his original poem and the music I heard last night, I was able to write two new poems about being done wrong by a girl and denial.

    Denial (The Klemmy version)

    delicate the heart i hold
    fragile the soul I hide
    I’m shallow in their eyes
    somehow meaningful to their minds

    blink for a moment
    and it'll all be gone
    lovely life overthrown
    broken hearts
    shallow eyes

    blinded by the tears
    reflected to what is lost
what is to come is nothing more
then dreams, they're all just dreams

    denial of fate
    denial of love
    denial of hate
    denial of everything else
    specially you

a vast wasteland one could say
but i feel happy to say
    that in denial i'm free
of love, of hate, of life, of fate
    most of all,of you

    broken down chains that bind
I’m no longer on the line
    and in this moment
    i'm free'd from misery

    you cannot take me down
    you cannot control me
you slit my wrist once before
there’s still a blood stain on the carpet
from the after effect of your razorblade
    and now my emotions decay
    even as I write this

    infected my heart and soul
    my loves of once known
i deny you, i deny you
    i'll make my own day

dont look at me with those sweet rapist eyes
picked up my sampler yesterday that Doktor242 sold. Now he told me, oh i'm throwing in a couple discs of old scifi movies. I thought, alright, this guy is going to give me like pre-starwars stuff. first off, there's more like 20 discs. and 5 are just Ghost in a Shell samples. U automatically get in my bl for that accomplishment. 2 discs of the Matrix. Fifth Element, and other stuff. WOO HOO. just means i can't put them on a cd and sell them. Or post them on soundclick. Oh well. and from the consenus online, the roland S550 is a sweet old sampler to have. (i was hoping it would at least not be the Edsel of Samplers). might need to see if Crystal from work would like to hook up with like a dance rave duo of a sort, her on turntables, i'll be an sampler. that'll work...

leg is still killing me, but i'm doing fine on cane. Sometimes still using the walker.

my chest has been bothering me sometimes.... i thought when i had it bother me when i was stil working (usually before work), i'd count it off as muscle sprain or something. i haven't told lacey or peggy about it cuz i dont want to worry them. If it's still coming back when i move out of here in 5 weeks, i'll see the doctor and hopefully it's nothing.

i'm wearing lacey's keyring... i told her i'm so broke that her engagement ring would be a key ring and she got me one friday. think i'm closer to 7/8 or 3/4....lol....

laterz. have a toilet to make sure gets slightly more unplugged.

I sit with the broken angels, clutching at straws and nursing our scars.
yesterday blew. got interrupted while posting on journals. TWICE. Had to leave and come back only to be bothered again and leave.

My friend Steve came back into town. I couldn't get a hold of him Thursday, but yesterday i got a hold of him. I'm picking up a bunch of music off him (and i dumped my One of One mix for him of my demo, The handshake victim and Ken Trash demos on him plus E and Not Drowning, Waving). So it will be a busy day today copying his cds for me and also fixing a computer that one of his relatives/friends or something or other owns. Plus i must visit Lacey.

you will all now be graced with my rehashed poetry. that is, if i had it with me. It seems to not be in my pocket. Well then, i have an answer to this... nonsensical story number 1....

So i went to my lawyer.
"sir, i'd like to sue employer."
    "On What grounds?"
"the job has made me unable to fulfill my life long dream."
    "and that is"
    "to be a sponge"
"is that why you're soaking wet"
"no, that's because i'm really Aquaman.Dont make me use my eye laser beams on you!"
    "that's superman, not aquaman"
"well then, i'll send my army of ninjitsu crabs after you. how do you like them apples?"
    " I think you're quite mad."
"and i think i shall release the monkey virus."
"shirley, get the cops, we have a looney."
"You may take my noodles BUT YOU'LL NEVER STOP THE PRAWNS!!"

    Marillion- Sugar Mice

I was flicking through the channels on the TV,
On a Sunday in Milwaukee in the rain.
    Trying to pice together conversations,
trying to find out where to lay the blame.

But when it comes right down to it,
there's no use trying to pretend.
For when it gets right down to it,
there's no one here that's left to blame.
Blame it on me, you can blame it on me,
We're just sugar mice in the rain.

I heard Sinatra calling me down through the floorboards,
where you pay a quarter for a partnership in rhyme,
to the jukebox crying in the corner,
while the waitress is counting out the time.

For when it comes right down to it,
there's no use trying to pretend.
For when it gets right down to it,
there's no one really left to blame.
Blame it on me, you can blame it on me,
We're just sugar mice in the rain.

I know what I feel, I know what I want,
I know what I am, daddy took a raincheck.
Cos I know what I want, know what I feel and I know what I need,
daddy took a raincheck, your daddy took a raincheck.
Ain't no one in here that's left to blame but me,
blame it on me, blame it on me.

Well the toughest thing that I ever did,
was talk to the kids on the 'phone.
When I heard them asking questions,
I knew that you were all alone.
Can't you understand that the government left me out of work.
I just couldn't stand the looks on the faces saying what a jerk.

So if you want my address it's number one at the end of the bar
Where I sit with the broken angels,
clutching at straws and nursing our scars.
Blame it on me, blame it on me.
    Sugar mice in the rain,
    Your daddy took a raincheck
    Your daddy took a raincheck

it's hard to recover when you're the disease
last night i has in the sickest mental state in sometime. If i would have done what i was thinking last night, i would have broken up with Lacey (mainly to save her from more pain if she kept with me), and signed myself into a asylum. But that's no fun these days. The old days, they'd keep you for a period of time till u were better. now it's when ever the insurance company says you're better. i just wanted to i dunno, leave. I account for these feelings to be from starving and being tired.

today is crap. i got woken up by Sammy telling me the hospital called. That really scared the shit out of me. Thought a relative might be there or dead. It was just LaGrange hospital wanting to schedule my pre-admission testing (basically, blood test to make sure they use the right amount of anethetic). And i was asked what day and time i'd like to come in. I told them make it a thursday cuz all my doc visits up there are usually on thursdays or occasionally tuesdays. and 8AM. Alright, so 8 am on the 9th. Called the evil stepmom and tell her to write that on the calendar. She called back while i was asleep. The 9th is my dad and evil stepmom's anniversary. She was rather curt, but come on, i just woke up for crying out loud! go to bed at 5 am to be awoken at 8 am , i was lucky my brain wasn't more scrambled egg like (though i think it was pancakes with a side of hashbrownish at that time). i'll reschedule tommorrow.

File me under dead today. i'll write tommorrow.

    8-21-04
i dont want to wake tommorrow
    theres't just too much sorrow
lay me down in hollowed ground
make sure it's where i can't be found
last thing i need is tears and cries dripping down
    on my final resting spot.

    blabbermouth and NEW POEM!
    http://www.roadrun.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=26343

A school actually BANNING people from dressing Gothic. THOSE BASTARDS! i can see why ppl wouldn't want ppl to dress too sexy or slutty, but come on. It's just make up and black clothes. i can understand banning spiked jewelry, that stuff can hurt even if dull, but banning letting you be who you are or (Or god forbid, trying to figure who you are) is unlawful.

Blaming Slipknot for inspiring you to kill someone. Might as well throw in horror movies into the pot of guilt too. a person can be influenced, yes, but the action still lies in the person's hands. Lets take all the movies, all the books, and all the music and just blame them for everything. Blame them for occasional peace, blame them for love, blame them for making people think about things besides themselves while we're blaming the arts for their alleged negative impact on the youth and the world.

Still trying to finish the book, Her Husband.

I got my 1 month annverisary present yesterday. new sheets for my twin bed and short sleeve dress shirt for the wedding i'm being dragged to today. I took my option to not go to work last night cuz my foot was killing me and so was my head. I spent my time with my girl, watching more Trigun. PLus tried to give Keith back his Ozzfest 2001 and Franz Ferdinand cds but no one answered his door so i was like, screw it. He was supposed to come pick it up when i came home from work but since i didn't come home from work my car wasn't in front of my place (damn no 3-5 AM parking). Oh well.

Mike opened the store today. picked up Quicksand and Robyn Hitchcock. Anyways, he's seeing the doc on monday so thus, i can't do the reading then. either i'll reschedule for marie's place instead or do it at a later date. I'd like to do it after i get my surgery only because i would have more time to work on poems for it. plus i might want to work out a couple of my poems into songs (mainly this one and I'm not replaceable). i'll miss seeing the rickster, the gentals and Jeremy Williams tonight cuz i have to be out in Valpo for Lacey's cousin's wedding. wish i coudl go to the concert only because i have to meet all of lacey's family today. that's a bunch of people. I dislike crowds, especially people i dont know. I get all nervous and well it takes courage to go out there and actually be there. even just to sit there and do nothing takes energy. Wish me luck on that.

    Your friend...

    Fragile When Broken

Since the day you told me
    it's over baby
my heart has these words written on it
    "Fragile When Broken"

    Said everything to you
    that i loved you
that you were the one for me
but it didn't mean diddly to you
    my heart still says,
    Fragile When Broken

    Broken down this rusted heart
    branded on it
    Fragile When Broken

Did you even care when you heard it shatter?
    you knew all along
    it'd say
    Fragile When Broken

    the music industry disappoints me....
    Song: NIN-Head Like A Hole

I'm in a very ranty mood. I haven't vented it so thus, u all get to see my bullplop.

First off, Korn needs to shut their mouths. In interviews(trust me, u can look it up on www.roadrun.com/blabbermouth.net), they talk about how Rock isn't raw. No shit sherlock. And that Rap is raw. hello, rap is just about as commercial as you stupid fucks who never ever change your sound. I will admit, i like korn. I have all their cds. But come on, do something different. And talking about how the record industry is whoring you out and shit. Oh yes, i'm going to bitch about the industry. And at the same time, i'm going to use the same system i just wrote a song about how they can fuck off on wanting a new single and have that very system play an edited version of it. Stop being a hypocrit. You want out of your contract, buy yourself out. Mindless Self Indulgence did so and you can too. Or be like Fear Factory and give the record company a shitty demo and get dropped if you so badly want out. Don't going crying and bitching then making a damn greatest hits cd when u know your ass is still going to be screaming about how the world beat your ass up when you were a kid when you become geriatric. I almost don't want to hear you guys cover Head Like A Hole cuz i think you all might fuck up a classic industrial song.

Wes Borland, i used to respect you. You went and left the Bizkit to do your own thing. You got a special place in klemmy's book of musicians for leaving those rap rockers and making all those side projects (Eat The Day, Goatslayer, bigDUMBface, and Damning Well). And i know you knew that all of them COMBINED would almost never equal the money u made with Durst and Co. Your stupid ass broke off your side project with Rick Patrick (the Damning Well project). I saw real potential in that band. Two great guitarist, a great drummer (Josh Fresse), could have been great. Coulda made a new name for yourself rather than the guy who wore face paint in the Bizkit. But no... u went crawling back to Fred. You disappoint me.
