I realise that a two line ranty blog after goodness knows how long is churlish, but I'm FRUSTRATED!

Fucking paypal!
Why is it that when you have no funds in your paypal account, they can *instantly* take it from your bank account; yet when you want to take money out of your paypal account, it takes 5-7 working days. What a bloody crock!!!!
