Oh no! Gays on tour!
Where've you been, I hear you cry! (Maybe)
Well I've been away to Wales and seen some very pretty things. Had a fantastic time with me mates Andy and Tom! Thought I'd post up some of the piccies as they're so pretty!
As a rather attractive Texan once said:
"One of the truths about camping -or any other friendly trip- should be publicized quite strongly before anyone agrees to go along. During at least one point of the trip, you will get on everyone's nerves, as will they get on yours. The fun comes in realizing when those moments are and preparing appropriately."
And because we're so silly, we kept this to a very bear minimum with only extremely minor screaming hissy fits and confrontations. We all had a really fabulous time!
Highlights included seeing my first ever shooting star (and making a wish!), singing along as we played loud Edith Piaf in the car scaring Porthmadog locals, discovering that Edith Piaf has a smokers cough (she coughed on one of the records), an Ice Cream at Cadwalader's Ice Cream Parlour, getting drunk under the stars with those torch wotsit things lighting the place, pretty views from Criccieth Castle, and lots of other fun stuff.
Big love to Andy and Tom for a wonderful few days. [mwa]
