In a van like taxi.

Mark A:
"Bloody hell! It's only 4.30 and it's pitch black out there!"
Bowch:
"No Mark, they're tinted windows."
Mark A:
"Oh."

On a train.

Mark A:
"Bloody hell! It's pitch black out there! Are these windows tinted too?"
Bowch:
"No Mark, it IS dark outside."
Mark A:
"Oh."
