Structured Learning Long Hour
Good stuff went down yesterday. I am one of 11 kids that are getting interviewed to be in this awesome Mentoring program, and 6 of us are getting chosen. 30 applied.. and I'm one of the 11! I really want to do this, but I can't help but think i fucked up on the interview yesterday.

Kat came to Recycling club yesterday and our "secret admirers" left us a cute note. I ditched the late bus cause it sucks and walked home with my dearest Katrina. We ate snacks and watched Oprah, good good times. Her mommy gave me a ride home, ten gazillion times better than taking the late bus.

I could have babysat yesterday, but I had art class. I only have 5 more classes left. I might take it again in the spring, but I don't want to be too busy.

My uncle got my bracelet that my mom gave me for my Bat Mitzvah in 8th grade FIXED!!! Its fixed!!! That makes me so happy, I missed not wearing it. I swear from now on I'm wearing it every day, i love it so much. I get to see my mom this sunday, I haven't seen her in like a month and I miss her.

The red sox won, which is great. I don't really follow baseball much. When I lived in Georgia, I used to go to Braves games with my dad and brother all the time. My dad loved baseball. So the Braves would always be going to the world series, cause they're really good. I don't know where the Braves stand with the playoffs this year, I think they're out of it, but this just kind of brings back memories. My Papa had lived his whole life and only seen the Red Sox go to the World Series once, but I think he was too young for it. He died when i was in 7th grade. And my dad always said how cool it would be for my papa to get to see the braves play with the red sox in the world series. But... like now, neither of them can. I hope someday maybe I get to see it. I think I'll watch the game tonight, this is just too exciting.

Anyways, I've got a history test to study for and some math homework to get done, hopefully I'll be able to concentrate. Hope you're having a nice day.+
