A whole lot of nothing and that's just perfect. I started off cooking biscuits and gravy for lunch. Then moved onto cooking a nice chocolate cake for dessert (haven't actually finished frosting it yet, got distracted by the batter;) I'm planning on making barbequed chicken and mashed potatoes for supper. And just so you don't think I've been just cooking, there have been other activities.
I found out that this weekend is Free Movie Weekend on satellite, so I watched the live action version of Cat in the Hat. Umm, yeah, interesting. I then had to take in the Sci-Fi movie They Nest because Dean Stockwell was on it and even if he did die when the bugs ate him from the inside out, he's still worth it. I set the VCR to record Cheaper By the Dozen tonight, but I'm not sure why. I loved the book and its sequel. I loved the original movie. I don't know what I'll think of the remake, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm also looking forward to seeing 28 Days Later tomorrow night, even got the VCR set in case I miss it. I'm not big on zombies, but I'll try. And to top if off, Something's Gotta Give is running TWICE tomorrow and even though I have it on DVD, I am going to watch it both times to see Paul. Well, I'll watch his scenes. No need to force myself to see Diane and Jack naked again.
On the fandom side, boingobaby is putting AVI versions of the SH later eps online and I'm downloading them. This means that I can start making episode vids...help us all:) In between that, I'm reading a very not very common story. It's Giles MPREG. Yes, Giles "The Ripper" from BTVS is knocked up...by Ethan...and he's falling in love with Willow...and it's so very good. There's 30 parts, I'm on part 5. It's gonna be an interesting afternoon.
