I just got back home from SHarecon in MD and now I'm on my way back up to DC for a work conference. I travel because I love;) The scary thing is that I'll be in DC on election night. Hmm, maybe I should just hide in my room on Tuesday. I still need to pack last minute things (including zines) for the ride up, but I want to lay around for an hour or two before I do that. Last night I went to a Halloween party at a coworker's house. There was drinking, there was food, and there was chocolate. Perfect night, don't you think? And in theory I should have been able to get an extra night's sleep since Daylight Savings Time ended, but theories often don't work out. I work up the same time I usually do, except it's an hour earlier;) Night before last, I had an odd dream that still hasn't gone away, so I shall share it with you. I think this came about because of a conversation I had at SHarecon with a fan and watching too much baseball. ( Dreams are weird ) Now I'm off to DC. Enjoy the early part of November and I'll see you after the election or maybe before if I can get online. |
