It's great to start off the day smiling brightly because John Edwards is the new Democratic VP candidate;) YES!! Kerry/Edwards in 2004! It's not just because he's from NC and I love him. It's because he's a strong man on the ticket with another strong man who will make a difference (a positive difference as opposed to the difference Bush has made which can only be described as destructive). I'm shooting for the future, when Kerry has finished his term and the country sees Edwards as the only choice as our next president. Well, if you're gonna dream, plan ahead:)
And the day is doubly good because I've started writing on my Pilot Script again. Some of you may remember my pilot idea "In the Ranks" that I put forth last year in the contest. I've been thinking about it as I wrote the zine and put some ideas down, but now I'm going at it. I'm trying not to make it "SH, but with the kissing onscreen" but that's basically what it is, right? Well, not exactly down to the detail, but close and that's good enough for me;) I have fun writing my own characters and I have fun writing other people's characters. Heck, I just love writing. I'm shooting for a spec script, so we'll see how long it takes me. The characters are coming together well, so I'm gonna have fun.
