right now, im writing this entry from atop a half-gone war torn apt. building turned artist squatter house...the whole 8 stories is filled with random bars, artist lofts (which you can browse through while they work), and a bitchin' bar at the very top with no walls and great electronic music, and couches...the spiraling stair wells are lined with colorful graffiti, highlighted by the soft light coming through the fuzzy windows...my new friend dante (music freak from little rock) wandered through the 4 floors of lofts, stopping to admire some of the most amazing works ive seen...
this bar at the top projects images onto the wall across the street at night...were gonna come back later to see that...
did an 8 hour walking tour with a great guide whos majoring in german hist. at humboldt here in town...may from our hostel went which made for many new friends...we saw things like brandenberg gate, pieces of the wall, checkpoint charlie, museums, tons...cant remember it all...rained a bit too...
to add to all this lovliness, dante invited me to come to vienna with him in a couple days...sounds fab, think i shall.
