Hurrah, it's my birthday! @.@ I'm just sort of chilling at Dad's apartment while he goes off on a mini business trip. He'll be back this afternoon, and... well, he invited me to come along, but he had to get up at 5 AM, so... ^^;;;;; I decided against it, you know?
Anyway~ rewatched the first few eps of GetBackers yesterday. XD Forced Alec to watch, actually. Let's see... he turned down the pairing of Ban x Ginji as "too obvious. Pairings have to hate each other! It's cuter that way." I could offer no decent explanation at the time as to why Ban x Ginji is just so darn grand. Now I have a few good reasons, of course but... wow, it's really hard to explain why I luff 'em so. o__o;;; They just work, and sure, they may be obvious, but... who cares?
Huargh, brain-dead.
...I'm going to Chicago later today. XD I'll be there for a while. ... No Internet connection, probably... Ugh. Ugh ugh ugh, no Internet, and I'm going to be stuck with Dad's girlfriend, who is Just Plain Crazy. ;; She calls all the frigging time. If they weren't a couple, she would be instantly labeled 'FUCKING CRAZY STALKER-BITCH' and a restraining order would be required. She calls that much. She's apparently 'trying to hold back' on calling so much since I'm visiting Dad and all, but she still averages at over three calls a day. ... Yeah.
So anyway.
... I've been obessing over Becky Cloonan's art. No, seriously, Becky is frigging amazing. ...Er, I think so, anyway. I love her art, at least. ... Yeah. Go and worship! (Have y'all gotten the hint yet? Check her stuff out. I mean it.)
Let's see... I have a SasuNaru illust for Aviy in rough*sketch stage. Ditto on a Ban x Ginji illust for WhiteCat, 'coz I've already done a lot of stuff for Chira, so yeah. e.e
Guruaaaaa! Checkers is bored now, she's going to go and try to finish up the illust for Aviy or something.

VERY rough ver of a SasuNaru illust for Aviy. Sasuke in general is v. v. fucked up, but hey, this is the v. v. first sketch, so... ee;;;; Ech, I think I need to do another sketch before I even bother trying to finalize this. ^^;;;; (Usually, I only do one 'rough' version... xD; or, heck, lots of the time all I do is start my sketch and finish with coloring and everything on the same page.)
