"We're the Happy People. Happy to live in a world of images. Images of war. Family. Crime. Fun images, that help rinse away unsightly self-images, so you can get away from the privacy of your own home. After all, aren't you what everything's here for? You're what we're here for. That's why we made everything! That's why everything made you. And that's why you made us. Who are we?"

Heh, I'm feeling weird today. just sort of... mad at the world, the way things are, the way things are going.
I want it to change.
It needs to change.

This pisses me off. It's the kind of thing that makes me feel violent, makes me want to rebel, makes me want to stand up and fucking scream. This whole site pisses me off--they're violently against gay marriage, they hate anyone who could even be remotely considered "liberal," they were pro-war, and... ugh. I don't want to go on.
I want to go down to Washington, I want to storm the White House, I want to tell them just how wrong things are. This isn't how it's supposed to be, one political party calling the other "evil." How base and oversimplified can you get? Honestly. Hell, we shouldn't even be labelling other countries as "evil." That's fucking absurd. Alright, Saddam Hussein was not a kind man. Can't you come up with a better descriptor than "evil," though?
It makes my head hurt.
So yeah, I'm in a bad mood today.
I hate SUVs, I hate soccer-moms and their bratty offspring.

"Since I was six years old, a poster of the Declaration of Independence has hung on my bedroom wall. That’s one reason why I turned out to be a young conservative. But I don’t suppose many Leftists have posters of the Declaration of Independence hanging in their homes and workplaces. They’ve managed to take it out of the schools too. It seems the Left would rather burn it."
Er, hi, no. I'm definitely what this site would consider liberal--anti-war, pro-choice, and wavering towards the side of gun control. I've had a copy of the Declaration on my wall, too! I have nothing against the founders of this country, nor against their ideals. Freedom of religion kicks ass, man, and so does freedom from tyranny.
Actually, I'd really love to know just how the Declaration supports this man's ranting. It basically says, "if the goverment's fucked up, overthrow it, bitches!" Well, okay, not really. The king was being an asshole, so the colonies rebelled. Hurrah. How, exactly, does that go against what 'liberals' are saying?
What. The. Fuck.

Yeah, I'm in a pissy "fuck the world!" mood today. sorry.
