hi here!!
well.. i'm new and mm say that i love jrock so much and also i love make cosplays ^^
and well it's a little problem... about a cosplay and i hope that you can help ^__^
i want to make toshiya's [kr]cube cosplay but i have a huge problem, i can't find good pics of his clothes T_T and it's annoying because i want to make a good cosplay ^^
someone there have pics or know anyone that could have them?? really i need them ^^'

Hey. Long time no post from me. ^^ I've been busy with RL and rambling away in my livejournal so I've kinda neglected blurty. *cough*
But anyway... just droppin in and wondering if any of the members will be attending cons this year?
I'm all geared up for Fanime (San Jose, CA) and there's a possibility I'll be at Anime Expo (Anahiem, CA). I'm also happy to finally be able to attend Yaoi Con (San Fancisco, CA) this year as well. I actually don't have a lot of costumes queued up (so far) but I'm almost done with my Emiru costume! ^^;;
Yeah... er... that's pretty much it. *pokes the deadness in the community*

Uh I'm not new to this community but I never made an introduction post. I'm not going to either XD;; I just thought I'd ask a question instead.
So! I was wondering how many people here know how to sew? ^^;; Dumb question I know, leave me alone, I bite -_-;; ..Seriously though, i'm sure most of you know how to sew yes? If so, how/where did you learn, and was it hard to learn? Also, do you prefer to make your own costumes (I mean like sewing and making most of the materials yourself) or do you like to go out to whatever stores and buy pre-made stuff and throw it all together?
Yah so that was more than one question :P This place is dying anyways, I'm sure no one will mind?! Ohh by the way, I love this new layout ^o^ metronome <3~ (I know I'm very late XD;;).

Hi minna!
I'm Shigai, and I love j-rock and cosplay... so this is my community, nee? ^^U My favourite bands... well, we can say three on top of the others (^^U): Dir en Grey, Pierrot and Nightmare. But I love so many bands T_T
And as cosplayer... I'm not so good, I did cosplays myself.. ^^U I did Hyde (dive to blue), Mana (shiroi hada ni bla bla...), Kaoru (osaka jo hall live) and Aiji (Haruka). Now I'm doing Kirito's Neogrotesque and Yomi's Shounen Terrorist ^^ But you know, pretty bad ^^UUU I will show them when I upload them in the internet ^^U

Hallo~.
Let's see, I suppose I should introduce myself, yes?
I'm char: I love Jrock, and Jrock cosplay. Even if I'm not that good at it. ^_^;;
So far, I've cosplayed Kaoru (Dir en grey), You (GacktJOB), and Takuro (GLAY)...er...well, my Takuro costume wasn't really much of a costume, but it's the thought that counts. Right? ^^
Favorite bands are...lots of them. But particularly Dir en grey, GLAY, Kagrra, SADS, and recently, Plastic Tree.
Ah, you can see my costumes here.

Just sticking up an advertising sign thing because I figgers there might be someone here interested.....
If you've ever cosplayed Kyo (de Dir en grey), or are planning to cosplay Kyo, I'd love to see photographs of your costume(s), and would love it even more if you'd allow me to stick them up at my Kyo site (http://bloodberry.org). *GRIN*
I accept all and any non-pseudo Kyo cosplays. As in, it HAS to be one of his official outfits, and you have to give me the name for the costume, just to be on the safe side even if I know the costume, because I'm pretty bad at identifying most obscure outfits. (Osaka Jou Hall, MACABRE, aatd and the likes I am familiar with, but any unknown magazine photoshoots or book photoshoots you'll have to tell me yourself.)
If anyone's interested, drop me a line at ao@bloodberry.org with the subject as Kyo Cosplay or something along those lines.
I usually keep the photos at whatever size you send it as, unless it's something horrendously huge--then I'll resize it to a more acceptable (but still relatively large) file size. You can send as many images (.... within relative reason....) as you want of the same costume and I'll stick all of those up.
You don't have to have everything down 100% to detail, or have to be the most perfect Kyo cosplayer ever (just look at ME x_X), and the only thing I'm nitpicky with really is just pseudo-Kyo. I don't find it wrong or anything, but I'd prefer to keep all official outfit based cosplays on the site. *nodnod*
So yes. If anyone's interested?.....

Okie dokie. Since this is really only 99.99999999999999% finished and the first time I've worn it fully, this is sorta like experimentation (?) stage for me. x_x;; But all of the MAJOR parts are completed and really, only tweakings and add-ons are needed!
What am I rambling about? My [KR]cube Kyo costume!!
I'm going to do an actual "photoshoot" of it later so I'll have more reference images. For now... beware the scariness that is me in this temporary image!

Does anyone have any good pictures of Shinya in his costume from the Yokan pv? @_@ I can't get good enough pictures from the pv x_x.. I really want to cosplay it at Acen2004 (awhile away, but thats okay. I need to start planning e.e)
