Oh my god. I don't believe it. I got into Dover University. Me of all people. Josie Stalone. Got into college. It's late in the game, yes. But still. I got in!
My brother's barmitzvah is in three days, so these entries are short, sweet and to the point. And now I have to go pack all my stuff. I was convinced I wouldn't get in, and that I would end up like some old lady in a rocking chair sitting on my front porch day and night going "GET OFF MY PROPERTY!" whenever a squirrl ran by. Did I spell that right? No, I don't think I did.
I'm kinda bummed that I have to leave what few friends I have behind. Especially Emma. I'm going to miss her. But hey, she's going to VU on an art scholorship, all the more luck to her. The thought of having to start over again and find another niche just scares the shit out of me. It's like when I became a freshman in high school. Never fun. Especially in public schools.
This month, next friday is friday the 13th! My perfect day. The past Friday the 13th's I've had turned out fairly well. They start out sucky, like most days, and then they get decent to very good. Like, I got my first kiss on a friday the 13th. Of course, that guy called me later that night and said If I ever told anyone that he kissed me he would beat my ass.
I'm babbling, aren't I? I'm going to go see how much of my room I need to transport outta here.
