i just felt the need to apologize for my overly dramatic entries as of late. i know they're entirely too long & nobody wants to read them, but it's helping me get it out. i really could use some advice if any1 would comment, tho! Sometimes i feel like my world is ending (& in a way, it is), but i know it's not the end of the world to break up w/ some1. Even though i've never felt so strongly about some1 & been so sure that i would be happy to spend the rest of my life w/ only them. (i mean any1 that's known me for any length of time knows i never really thought i'd get married before i met PJ. & EVERY1 knew i never wanted kids, until him. Then i LOVED when he would talk about having a little girl & naming her Jasmine Nicole & calling her Jazz. i'd grin from ear to ear w/ delight when he'd imagine being the typical overly protective dad.) i guess i have to focus on the bad things about us, even though i feel we could've overcome them. i've already began managing my anger & violence, & i think i've done quite a good job at it, so i know that's possible. i always hoped that we'd be able to work on his lack of responsibility, but i honestly don't know if he ever would have done it. So maybe it's for the best. Especially since i'd have a hard time trusting him after all this mess w/ J happened. Even though he says he'd never cheat, (& the entire time we were together i had no problem at all completely trusting in that & never worrying that he would), the fact of the matter is--if he wasn't doing something that he knew was wrong, then he wouldn't have been trying to hide it from me & lying to me about it. Besides, i don't care if you didn't get physical w/ the person--telling them you love them in what is clearly a romantic sense w/ hearts & such & telling them how hot they are, etc is still considered cheating in my book. Maybe i'd be able to forgive & forget (obviously he did, since he always claimed the reason the 2 of them broke up was bc she cheated on him!), but i'm afraid i'd always have it as a question in the back of my mind. Especially since she would most likely still not leave him alone, as he openly told me several times while he & i were together & she knew that, that she'd came by his mom's & called him, trying to get back w/ him. Not that it's important, bc it's not as though he's trying to get back together w/ me anyway. i guess i'm just having a hard time letting go. i've been ruined w/ my fairy tale mind, as if he truly loves me & we'll end up together. The torturous price i pay for being a dreamer, wasting my life away hoping for the happily ever after that doesn't exist. It's exceptionally so w/ him, as he's done some of the most romantic & fairy tale-esque things i've ever imagined. The 1st time it came to my attention was the very 1st real fight we had--we argued & i was the 1 in the wrong for the most part, & he stormed out & i thought for sure we were done, & then about 5 or 10 min. later he showed back up completely cooled off & said in the sweetest tone ever that he "just couldn't leave it like that." & i'd never had anything like that happen w/ any1 else ever before. Then there was the day i'd come home from work & he made me immediately strip down & blindfolded me, leading me into the bathroom to reveal flower petals all over the floor & in the bubble bath he'd ran for me, the window covered & candles everywhere. As i soaked in the tub, he came in w/ his guitar & sang a song he'd written about me earlier in the day. & when he surprised me when i took vacation for my b-day by taking me to VA Beach & staying in the most amazing hotel room & going to the aquarium (the Roxys of the sea!!!) & all the other fun things we did there. & of course every1 knows (or witnessed!) the story of his proposal...i'm rambling again. Anyway, we had SO so many wonderfully amazing times together that it pains me to focus only on the bad, bc it seems that the good times majorly outweighs those bad times. i guess i should just listen to my friends & tell myself i'll be better off. i just never fully believe it when i hear it, though. i've got people trying to set me up (not by my asking, they just won't stop volunteering! It's kinda scary.) & i've even developed a mild crush, but i'm not spilling any details, it's no biggie. i know i can't get serious w/ any1 right now, bc my heart wouldn't be totally in it. & that wouldn't be fair to the other person. Of course it hurts, too knowing that it was quite easy for PJ to move on & get serious w/ some1 else...

LiveJournal is pissing me off. For the past 4 days now i've been able to log on, but do nothing else. i can't update, view friends, or view my own journal. It takes forever acting like it's loading the page, but then times out & acts as though i'm not online, etc. Anyone else w/ a LJ having this problem?! (please don't let it just be me!) i've got an entry to write, which i'll probably just post on here & then post to LJ whenever i can finally get on. i'll post that sometime w/n the next few days.
