the only downside to it is that there was an electrical fire in the methodist church in town. it burned up the whole thing (HOLY SMOKES!! an interpretation of birth to adulthood...by James Fergison birth: you are born into the world screaming your brains out...gasping for air, begging for warmth. they cant understand you and it makes you horribly angry...so just keep screaming your brains out. infancy: you discover that whenever you cry, your mother will give you whatever you need. so you cry...and cry... toddler: learn that when you laugh, everyone laughs thats around you. so instead of crying..you laugh! toddlers always seem happy because they find it hysterical that all the older people will laugh at their command. toddlers are gods. pre-schooler-if youre a boy, you become fascinated with bugs and very disgusting things...like toilet humor and such. you take joy in showing girls a pile of dog poo. if youre a girl, you enjoy rummaging through make-up and looking feminine. yeah, barbie dolls rule. this is also the point where children begin to make fun of others...about being fat and stuff like that. schoolkid (3rd-6th grade)-now if you are different, they hate you. they really hate you. you cry and cry just like an infant over why they dont like you. you think youre cool, and you only look good when no one else is around. 'why cant i look like this in school?' you ponder over and over again pitifully to yourself. if youre pretty/handsome/in the bandwagon you enjoy picking on people for no good reason. you just like to do it. it makes you feel COOL junior high-you meet new people, and do new things. if youre still 'different', then you are still picked on severely. its a real shame...but things will get so much better. if youre 'popular' then you have fun jumping into a million different relationships with a 'boyfriend/girlfriend'...and you still pick on the ugly kids. especially the ones that havent hit puberty yet. everyone starts to develop the 'personality' that they'll have until they hit their middle age. youre either airheaded, smart, funny, spunky, laid-back, out-going, preppy, goth, punk...or a musician. musicians are a mix of everything senior high-well, all the ugly kids are done growing. youre either good looking or extremely ugly. most people really dont care what you look like, who you listen to, etc. theyre too busy with the thousand pounds of homework that they have every day of the freaking week. yes, senior high seems like the dumbest part of your life. the stupidest. the dullest. you begin to see people for who they really are, personality wise. college-this is when you either 1)get really smart and study endlessly on your career courses, because you wanna pursue your dreams 2)bindge drink, smoke, do drugs, get abnormal piercings, get arrested, neglect your work, steal stuff, and get expelled (much to the dislike of your parents...its costs money to go to college you know) or 3)do a little bit of both, bet caught a few times, but still make it through on a reasonable note. you miss highschool. you miss the homework, your old friends, your old boyfriends/girlfriends, your teachers, your highschool band, and yes...the ugly kids. now the ugly kids are in some snazzy pants school on full scholarships. if you were 'mean/popular'...you are being laughed at by all the ugly people because they have it so much better than you do. if youre 'nice/popular' you try to make friends with the ugly people because everyone loves them...they have so many connections! and if youre one of the 'ugly people', good for you. its like revenge of the nerds. most people meet the person of their dreams while they are in college. adult freedom (no college)-you end up working a minimum wage job and living with your parents for the rest of your life, or else marrying right after highschool and living off of welfare. a few years down the road...you end up working for some bill gates icon, which in fact, was one of those brainy ugly kids from your graduating class. you find yourself miserable all the time...unshaven...unpretty... so in the end-advice to all my readers... 1)go to college 2)have fun in your highschool years 3)have fun in college too, but dont do too many drugs or get too many tatoos 4)dont get into a serious relationship before you turn 16. im serious. 5)dont trust anyone. 6)be responsible. make your own freaking bed in the morning for crying out loud. 7)tell your mother you love her everyday 8)try your hardest to get along with your siblings *if you have any* 9)stay close to your grandparents...you'll miss them when theyre gone and finally... 10)be nice to the ugly kids woooow that was inspiring. its almost like that one song sunscreen. yeah. rock on James Fergison. so anyways, now im here downloading some stuff. im downloading 'living next door to alice' as a matter of fact...i hear it on the radio all the time and i just had to have it on cd. so yeah, its by smokie for all those who use kazaa/winmx. the fairly odd parents are on...so im gonna bounce. i love that show :D and btw...if anyone knows anyone who lives in girardville that has the number 276-7009...their phone number is in the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. im serious. its the probability of being rescued by an oncoming ship if you have a full lung of air *which lasts for 30 seconds*. so someone in the school district has that number...and id like to know who it is. its some lady that arthur dent apparently had no luck with. haha id call it and be like, 'do you know a guy named arthur??' haha what a coincidence. so until tonight or tomorrow... karen~!* |

i hated the past few days cuz i couldnt update. there was so much that i'll probably miss that im not gonna remember to put down...but its all good right? if i remember something ill try to put it in yesterday: FRIDAY! morning-ugh...5:00 shower, 7:00 bus shoup-had the vocab test *cake* and started the new list. whoopie shoener-listening day :D. we listened to copland's 'rodeo' *pronounced roe-dayo* for all those not classically inclined, its the song from the beef comercial. kt is one cool cat :) price-i got a 95 on my test *yeah baby* and we started the new lesson. i hate his jokes...theyre so stupid. he curses in forign languages :D rodriguez-had a quiz, after screaming HOY ES JUEVES! a few times. lunch b-our table was bombarded with people cuz jes, britt, kim, and sam were selling lollipops *the GOOD ones* i got a cherry snow, cotton candy, and cinnamon one :D. pretending to be clausterphobic *yeah i know its spelled wrong* is fun :P paul-i love this guy. there's no if ands or buts about it. he is so CRAZY! he was trying to convince everyone that our universe is geoccentric *and no, everyone, it is not geoccentric* he got the bible out and everything. what a guy. demko-started the new math lesson, so we didnt get any homework :D shoener-got the new stand music! 'get the party started' and 'are you ready for this?'. me kyle and matt, instead of screaming TEQUILA! in the one song...screamed OLE! fun times :D act-i decided to go to nolter's room and chill with lindz cuz she had to finish her one drawing. the day before i was there with her putting 'rubbers' on the computers :D *rubbers, btw, are plastic computer covers* after school-i had SO MUCH FUN after school :D. since im great at talking to people with weird accents, i had to call the china panda. so we got the order in *after like 10 minutes on the phone* and it came 20 minutes later. we broke into mrs. rogers's old room and played gamecube on the tv :D. so yeah, i sat there...with a quart of sweet n sour chicken playing soul calibur II with cj, kyle, kayla, davina, johnny, and john. i beat everyone at least once...which was sorta cool because i never played the game at all before :D. so then there was the football game... the game-so the game started out with lehighton in the lead, 6-0. then we pulled back up to 6-25. THEN lehighton pulled past us 30 something-25...and ended up winning. yup, rely on our retarded football team to bring up our hopes for a win just to slam our faces on stop signs :D. we havent won a game since i was in seventh grade :(. thats ok tho...at least our band is good!!! :D today-SATURDAY! this morning-woke up at like 9:15 and went to reading for the tea party. it was pretty neat! me, aunt sue, mom, sarah, baby jake, and grandmam went. the food was alright, i dont personally care for cucumbers and coleslaw. i certainly enjoyed the million different kinds of teas! the sugar cubes were awesome too, i had like 15 of them :P. now-well, i have church at five, which i have to leave for verrrrrry soon. mom just got back from lavondas house. so yeah. thats it for now i love jose desiato....tons n tons n tons karen~!* OH btw, if anyone knows where i could get a pinky and the brain t-shirt pleaaaaaaase let me know :D |

i havent really updated cuz my internet explorer isnt working. i mean, i could talk on aol and such its just that i cant check my email. right now im on jenn's computer *yes, jenn gibbons half a mile down the road from me* so i ran all the way down here to inform you people. oh yes, you should feel special :) now wait lol i was just kidding *about feelin special* i dont wanna turn into another john yakubic... yesterday: lets see, uh...it was monday. i hate mondays, they really suck. i was hella sad on sunday night cuz of certain things im not enclosing. dont worry its nothing bad lol! its just people being really stupid. yeah, so yesterday was pretty dull. today: i woke up in the middle of a dream when mom woke me up and i was p'd. i dreamed i was skydiving and i fell in the ocean and i found NEMO! :D dont even ask lol. in first period i got the horrible craving for a can of red fusion and a philly cheesesteak *with just meat 'n cheese* it must be mrs. shoup herself lol. shes so boring i get hungry. ??? anyways haha the rest of the day was alright- shoener-had a dumb quiz. since i already knew this music theory class stuff from seventh grade, i got the test done in a minute...literally. its a waste of a class...but oh god i have it with the COOLEST people :D. price-lecture on the last 3 colonies...the carolinas and georgia. oh what fun *OMG JENN JUST HANDED ME A BOWL OF FROZEN WHIPPED CREAM!!! I HAVE THE BEST BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD :D!!!! yesterday @ school- shoup-same as always shoener-listened to beethoven's 5th piano concerto. kowalick asked me if i could play it. god, im good...but im not THAT good price-19/20 on the quiz. yeah, go me! :D i got one of the highest scores in the class! rodriguez-had a quiz...i got like 6 wrong, but its all good. i put "que chevere!" at the bottom of the paper so maybe he'll give me bonus points. lunch b-nothing really important...besides the fact that i ate frenchbread pizza and jello *with whipped cream :)* mmmmmmmm that has to be the best food on the planet. paul-got 7/11 on the quiz *;D* yeah...he's probably disappointed cuz the rest of my family is are geniuses (is are geniuses? god, what am i thinking today...) and im not, but its all good :). we're probably taking it over cuz more than half the class failed. maybe ill memorize my notebook just for spite... demko-i seriously think i got a 100 on the test...it was really easy though, so im probably not the only one :D pep rally-wooo our pep rallies are hilarious. of course the senior class won for best spirit. if i was a senior id have to most spirit in the school. spirit fingers everyone!!!!! the band actually sounded good, taking into consideration that kiel was in a fold out chair isolated. ya could still hear him tho :D. and then a-rod kept running around fixing all the 'GO SPARTANS!' signs that were hung all over the gym. did i mention that we have dyslexic cheerleaders? when they held up the 'spartans' letter signs...it spelled 'snatraps' GO SNATRAPS!!! :D bus-greg monohan and joe yutko kept getting yelled @ for doing random things. idiots. i hate those ppl lol. but anyways...we LOST yesterday *and we shoulda won...but our offense sux* and i didnt get spartan fan of the week *its ok tho...i liked dressing up and stuff :D it was so much fun!* I have to go out and do something today. it sux not being able to drive yet. im so limited! if i could drive, id be out everyday. *deep breath* i love weekends. i get to sit around and do nothing *almost..* i hope we go to nana's house today :D.
